L'emplacement est parfait - Environnement Calme - Accès Simple - Parking Gratuit et facile (Séjour en basse saison et Hors période scolaire).

État des lieux et inventaire non conforme avec la réalité. Pièce de vie, Salle d’eau et WC, Chambre Sales. Literie de mauvaise qualité (2 matelas l’un sur l’autre), canapé en fin de vie. Présence de cafards. Isolation phonique inexistante. Communs sales. Les photos parlent d'elles même.

La situation géographique, les commerces à proximité, idéalement placé entre Lot et Dordogne.

Le manque de matériel de cuisine, la literie, le manque d'hygiène lié à la moisissure, une fuite au syphon de l'évier de cuisine qui coulait dans les casseroles, différence entre inventaire et matériel présent qui serait à réviser et réapprovisionner.

The main entrance door to the building doesn't close properly and cannot be locked. Dirty hallway leading up to the appartment, the door to the apparment is not easy to lock or open, the sofa cover had lots of large stains, the oven and freezer were dirty, there was a lot of dust under de beds, and spider webs throughout the appartment, the rim of the shower cubicle was very moldy, the format of the inventory list was difficult to read and we had to rewash the spoons, plates etc. The kitchen counter and washing machine had a bit of damage. The sink cabinet in the bathroom was loose and the floor/step of the bedroom next to the bathroom had quite some damage.

The host is very quick to respond and very helpful. It's a nice apartment in a convenient location.
