Once you're inside the house it's nice. Everything is new and clean. It's very close to the airport, which is what we needed. It's in a house that doesn't look like much from the outside but inside it's surprisingly nice. There are 6 rooms I think, with 2 shared bathrooms, and you get use of the kitchen. Parking is free, which isn't always the case in Miami. Overall, this place was reasonable value given how crazy expensive accommodation is in Miami.

Once I booked I got a message from the person who manages it that was very off-putting- a list of 10 rules, and a demand for a $100 deposit by PayPal. Nowhere in the listing is this mentioned, and I don't have an account. However, the person turned out to be quite reasonable to deal with. All in all, this place was fine, despite the aggressive initial message and the weird neighbourhood and appearance of the house.

Poor communication from the host - I attempted to contact the host with questions/concerns but was unable to speak with anyone or get a timely response. I had to contact Booking.com directly, or find a way to send a message through the Booking app, both of which were a hassle. If you are running a business, I should be able to call you and speak with a human being. Communication needs to be improved drastically. I requested an early check-in, which was denied. Check-in time was 4pm, which I thought was too late anyway, so an “early” check-in would not have been significantly early in the day, and could have been accommodated easily. No towels were provided in the bathroom, which was not specified during booking. Only one outlet in the bedroom, which was occupied by the lamp and the tv, so not ideal for charging multiple devices. I had to unplug the lamp just to charge my phone. Overall, I think the price is a bit steep considering the facilities and the location.

Check in lockbox was difficult to open. (A digital one would be better). Lack of adequate heat at night. Shower takes few minutes to warm up, stays lukewarm.

I tried several times unsuccesfully to call the hotel number. They will connect you to somebody on whatsapp, who will text you to transfer a deposit via paypal, etc. You can't contact anybody and the person on whatsapp will not answer your phone. I was considered as no show and lost around 65 euros for the room. You will ONLY SEE THE HIDDEN CONDITIONS ONLY AFTER YOU HAVE BOOKED THE ROOM. It is not worth the stress. learn from me.

good location, they have everything you need to make you stay comfortable. Free parking, safe place, it's worthy if you wanna save a little bit and enjoy Miami.

This was the most terrifying place I’ve ever seen on booking.com. It’s not an Inn at all it’s a run down house in a sketchy neighborhood. There is no one there at all. Very unsafe. DO NOT STAY. Booking should remove this property.

Super comfortable room with access to a common living room area for relaxing. Great for a one-night stay when I had a layover. Close to airport.
