Very nice, new and tidy hotel! All the stuff - especially the receptionists were very friendly. Near the nice city Castellmate del Golfo. Good starting point for exploring North-West-Coast.

Everything as expected. Important: you should have a car!!

very friendly staff, room was clean and bathroom had a good size, this is important for italy. breakfast was very nicely setup, while everything was there sometimes the eggs got cold and the soft boild eggs where always hard. the restaurant has amazing regional food.

the location next to the train track is not nice but it comes with the area. mattress in the bed was soso but still ok. the hotel entrance is a bit luggage unfriendly, at least the one in the front.

During my week-long stay, from check-in to check-out, the staff was consistently friendly, attentive, and accommodating, making my stay a truly memorable one. The room was spacious, well-maintained, and offered a stunning view, adding to the overall experience.

The breakfast menu could be a lot better. I was disappointed to find that the variety remained the same throughout the week and most of the time the food like omelets, bacon was cold. The quality of the food was good, it would have been wonderful to see more diverse choices to cater to different tastes and preferences.

The decor, facilities and staff were lovely

Location did not offer ‘walk to’ restaurants though both the Resort and the original Hotel Battigia (on the beach) offered excellent restaurants

Beautifully finished, good facilities and attentive staff. Absolutely a five star hotel.

The area is completely different to the hotel, typically Sicilian and opposite a railway. The lighting in the room was bright, no middle ground on that. Wasn’t as sound proofed as we’d like. Restaurant was poor.. breakfast okay if a little cold.

The hotel is very modern and with a good connection to Palermo Airport. It was a great place to explore the local area and cities like Palermo, San Vito Lo Capo, Castellammare del Golfo, and Erice. TheTerme Segestane is an absolute must! What makes this hotel very special and I would say exceptional is the staff, from the front desk staff to room service and staff in a restaurant, who made us feel very welcome and our stay unforgettable. The breakfasts were delicious! It's a perfect place for a romantic retreat.

This hotel is not quite at the beachfront even if you can see the sea from your window. There is a hotel transfer to the beach during the high season, but we were at the end of March, and the beach was quite deserted.
