We loved the location. The house had everything that we needed. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The house was very clean. My family was able to enjoy the pool table which was a plus because we bonded playing together and laughed so much. The backyard was beautiful and big. We were able to grill outside and best of all enjoy the beautiful pool and jacuzzi, it was amazing. Thank you for making our stay so memorable, it felt like we were at home. We hope to be able to return soon. Thank you again so much!

The house has a perfect location in a quiet neighborhood. It is bigger than what you see in the photos. Very clean property with large pool and terrace. Clean sheets and towels.

We enjoyed a weeklong stay here, a family gathering with several kids of different ages. It seems we were the first renters of this newly-listed property so going in I was a bit nervous without any reviews to go by. But our stay went perfectly and the owner was so responsive and helpful with any questions before and during our stay. The house is great and with a few additions to kitchen equipment/serveware and maybe a side table in the bedrooms this spacious and light-filled place will truly be one’s home away from home. Some details about the accommodations: there are four bedrooms total including a super-sized master suite that has its own bathroom; the other three bedrooms are all identically-sized and -furnished, each with a full/double bed and a bunk bed (all bed linens were provided as well as towels for bathing and some pool towels, too); there are two full bathrooms in addition to the one inside the master bedroom suite. There was a huge TV with Xfinity ready to stream Netflix, Prime, Disney+ etc. in the living room (guests must have their own subscriptions), WIFI, a sleek pool table, and best of all, a swimming pool with spillover spa that automatically started heating up each afternoon, flowing into the colorfully-lit pool for wonderfully warm evening swims. Location was good for us: on far-southwestern corner of the greater Miami suburbs, close to Everglades airboat places, farm market stands/huts, and just a ten minute drive to Zoo Miami, which was a great all-day excursion that the kids loved. It’s a bit of a drive from downtown Miami and Miami Beach (~50-60 min. drive each way) but after dealing with the hustle and bustle of those places it was nice to come home to a quiet and peaceful house at the end of the day. Great neighborhood, super-safe and quiet, and a short drive to grocery stores, restaurants, drugstores and other shops.

It was amazing to have our own pool in the backyard - it’s clean, sparkling, and was a good size and depth for us (our group was mostly made up of capable swimmers). But for young families, keep in mind the pool is not fenced, so we had to be extra-vigilant about keeping all doors from the house locked and keeping a super-close eye on the littlest kids. Also the pool gets deep really quickly from the steps down and is about four feet at its shallowest so young kids who can’t swim should wear a good PFD like a Sterns Puddle Jumper at all times when near the pool. The Chuck Pezoldt Park is just a two minute walk away and has a great playground and basketball courts. We enjoyed walking a paved loop (about 3/4 of a mile around) and seeing lots of people similarly exercising. A couple of times, we rode our bikes around the park and the neighborhood and my husband and son biked for hours on unpaved farm roads nearby. (We brought our own bikes so didn’t use the three children's’ bikes with helmets that are available to guests.) All told, we would stay here again in a heartbeat! It was great to be in the 80F Miami heat, soaking up the sun, in late December, staying in such a peaceful and restful place. Thanks so much and hope to return soon!
