The best staycation experience

Everything was perfect

Le petit déjeuner était parfait, le personnel accueillant et très aimable et serviable. Belle situation géographique. Superbe piscine ou le personnel était aimable.

Ambience was nice.

Check in was a long line and took very long! Very inconvenient for guests. Dinner was horrible at Safar restaurant. Absolutely tasteless. NOT ONE BBQ item was served. I ordered Chicken pasta and they gave it to me without a single piece of chicken. [Attaching photos] Our room and toilet was very smelly from the minute we entered! They claim to be super clean but it was quite the opposite. Not a good experience and probably the worst dinners we've ever had at a hotel. We were told we will be taken to our room by a staff member who never came. We had to go looking around for one.

Staff and facilities were 10/10 best resort in UAE

Beach not exceptional

Service is on TOP level, we absolutely appreciated welcoming atmosphere, beautiful and clean place .

Glasses which are served on the Swimming Pool and beach side are very old looking and faded - because of that doesn’t look so clean .

Friendly staff. Great breakfast spread and wonderful ambience of the Safar restaurant.

Green spaces are bit less as compared to other similar properties in the region. There could have been some outdoor kids play area for toddlers.

Room facilities, the view from the balcony, the cleanliness. The best thing is the cosmetic line for washing Bayredo Bal d’ Afrique which is my favorite smell.

It was boring, no entertainment, concerts or music. Nothing special to enjoy the evening time. It was “a must” to book dinner in the restaurants and they were busy all the time. Always Overcrowded for breakfast even if you come early.

The hotel was beautiful, very spacious and amazing views. Staff very welcoming and attentive.

Everything: the hotel , size of the room, easy access to the beach and nice swimming pool. Very clean .

Food very bad quality ! Also the service in the main restaurant very poor. I hope they will do something for that .

Spacious room, quite a nice beach, it was pleasant to have Arabic sweets complement in the room.

First of all - a la carte restaurants Ramsa and Levant & Nar offer very average food. E.g. calamari in Ramsa were tasteless, and food preparation took almost 30 min. In Levant & Nar food was better, but still very average, you can eat it, but no joy at all. Service in Ramsa was professional, unlike the one in Levant & Nar, where it was slow, forgetting things, which is strange, given the half-empty restaurant. Alma Dry Martini cocktail was very bad, there was only 1 bartender, who was doing his best to serve tons of orders from all-inclusive package, so do not expect a proper cocktail bar experience. Secondly, overall hotel lacks the proper 5-star polishing in facilities and service. (e.g. no umbrellas to get to the main building from the reception area during the rain). It is actually fully focused on mass all-inclusive service. So, overall this all could work, but not at the price I paid, as for the same price I better go to another Ras or Fujeirah 5-stars.

everything was amazing, incredible. Food was awesome the place was breathtaking.

I waited long time for my room, more than 2 hours. so checkin was not so pleasant cause I could not enjoy the facilities right away. still they gave us a drink and we were able to do a late check out. if I coming back???definitely we will.

It’s a very beautiful and modern property

They called me 1 day prior to check in and asked me what time I will be checking in (I said 2 pm) they told me that wouldn’t be a problem. I asked for high level floor as that’s what I paid for. I arrived and I hadn’t gotten checked in until 3 PM and my room was not on a high level.

Only super busy for a Friday morning it was unexpected!

It’s new, great location, quiet rooms

Staff needs more training - we paid for breakfasts upon check in and it was not communicated to the restaurant staff (not marked in the system) and we had to “prove” we paid and wait, which was a little unpleasant. We were clearly two guests, but there was only one dental kit… this is just sloppy and unprofessional on the staff. The price is too high - almost 1000 aed for a room is just too much for this town

La piscine, la plage, les repas au restaurant principal Saffar absolument top. Le personnel vraiment adorable.

L’eau de la douche trop chaude ou trop froide. La construction d’à côté..mais l’hôtel aurait certainement aimé s’en passer.

Lovely beach and amazing staff, especially Abram at the reception, and Arkham, they made sure we had a very comfortable stay. Breakfast buffet was lovely.

Room service was a little slow at times but still great service.

The service at check in was slow Lots of welcome staff but no one seemed to be able to do anything Breakfast was chaotic - too busy and bad layout Booking a table at their two restaurants where reservation was required was very difficult to get at the time we wanted. No prior notice that this would be an issue. Web booking was hopeless and in the end there was a need to stand and wait for someone to arrange even though it was for the following two nights

The walking distance from reception to my car was very good and near but i the walk to the room was more than 500 meters and the external floor not smooth for pulling the luggage to recesch your room you will walk in open area. If you are young you will not notice but if you are tired and from driving you will notice the rooms location is far from the reception and the areas is open.

The area of walking to the room floor is used by every guest and also used for the service its made from hard rocks and you will norice its very noisy and bussy area even gulf cart. The hotel can use rubber wheels for service baskets movement.
