Aesthetically the property is very pleasing.

Only artificial light in bedrooms and no ventilation, thus making them exceedingly hot during the night. Fans would be a great addition. Limited bits in the kitchen - only 3 champagne flutes, no tea towel, wooden spoons, baking trays or colinder - these are basic bits for a kitchen would make cooking easier for many people. Stench of pets was overwhelming .

It was amazing and clean very spacious, location great. I would love to stay again when back in Plymouth.

The musty smell which isnt to strong in the bedrooms because of Ventilation. It would be lovely to also have the facility of a fan for the warmer days. It could get warm.

not very clean , bedroom windows open up to a brick wall only one shower which is situated inside one of the bedrooms, when I turnt up they gave us the wrong keys, we put our stuff inside the apartment the keys opened and as we were all leaving another group of people unlocked our apartment and started walking in shouting and screaming , we rang the lady and had to wait for her to drive to us to change the keys , if we would’ve left earlier this group of people could’ve been in our apartment with all our stuff and anything could’ve happened, we missed our reservation with the restraint and lost our deposit for the restaurant because of this, was told I would’ve got a phone call to try and reimburse us yesterday but no phone call made , very disappointed.

Two bedrooms both en-suite and the beds were really comfortable

the bit of black mould in the shower but it can’t be helped when there is no outside ventilation
