Comfortable beds, great breakfast including waffle maker and egg sandwiches. Good shelving area to put your things. I loved that the lobby area stays open late with a bar and tv area, coffee and hot tea throughout the day.

The parking fees and parking situation. $31 a day is a lot especially when you are staying multiple nights, and don’t have easy access to your car to get things because it is valeted. It’s also 30 minutes outside of LA so I wouldn’t expect parking fees for Woodland Hills. If parking is an issue where the hotel is located in the street, then valet should be complimentary. We just checked in for the second part of our LA trip and again not happy about the parking, nor was a woman I started talking to in the parking lot.

Everything was clean, nice and tidy. A good breakfast, we could have a cup of tea or coffee at any time.

Same food every morning, parking was $31 a night and a &375 hold was put on my card the moment I walked in with no prior notice. Also the fact that I could hear the person above us move every time he or she took a step. It was so loud it woke me up at at least 2 times every night.

O hotel era bastante confortável, limpo, organizado e com boas opções de café da manhã. Tem lavanderia ao custo de USD 1,50 para o uso da máquina de lavar e secagem grátis. A localização é ótima, tem um shopping grande há 1,6mi de distância. O único inconveniente é o custo do estacionamento, poderia ser um pouco mais baixo, levando em consideração que não há opções na localidade para estacionar na rua.

Nice size room, everything in working order, appreciate the dishwasher, microwave and large refrigerator. The area is good for shopping and restaurants. Staff are super nice and helpful.

Maybe a less expensive parking area would be nice. The breakfast sandwiches were fine but I like for items with meat and eggs to be kept warm.

El menú no variaba en el desayuno , y el espacio donde intentaban mantener caliente la comida en nuestro segundo desayuno se encontraba frío. El valet parking no debería ser cobrado puesto que está a un minuto el estacionamiento de la entrada del hotel.

The room was so clean. The staff are very kind. Everything was smooth and fast. The room had everything that you need for a stay .

Not sure about the valet service, I wish we could just take care of our own car. Staff was very nice, but I don't think it's a must.

Overall well maintained , clean and good amenities. Clean bathroom . They have a good gym also onsite. Staff were helpful . Breakfast is good and there are enough choices for the kids.

The sofa bed was not so great and I expected a little more space on the living room part given it was a booking for 3 adults and 2 kids in our case. Valet parking is the only parking available and you will end up paying another ~40$ per night , and it is a pain when you road trip because the access to the car is limited, you cannot leave stuff in your car for grabbing later.

More lighting in the rooms, was a bit dim

I didn't like the high cost of parking per day and I thought that having to valet park was a bit much.

It was very beautiful and comforting. All staff were very helpful and respectful when it came to my needs. The room didn't come with much of a view, but the room was clean and very modern. Will definitely be coming back!!

Being forced to pay for Valet Parking and not being able to access my car quick enough.

New, clean hotel, attentive staff, always smiling, location clean, shopping options around, close to Topanga views, Malibu, very nice sized and equipped fitness with street view

Super loud air conditioning in the room, less comfortable pull out cauch for the kids, we had to make our bed ourselves at arrival, small indoor swimming pool
