Surroundings of the property were fantastic. Beds were very comfortable. As we had gone at the peak of winter we couldn’t experience the outdoor but inside the house the heating was perfect once we had worked out how to turn it on. Kitchen was well equipped. Bathrooms were clean.

The lounge room was not convenient for all adults to sit in a group and not enough lounge sofas. Also due to no heating in the lounge area we could not sit there. The TV was a poor size, difficult to operate and impossible to see given the length of the lounge room. The bottom of the L shaped sofa was filthy. There were socks stuck behind the cushions (obviously from previous renters). The cleaners need to do deep cleaning (or at least check if everything is clean inside out) and not just vacuuming and mopping. Not sure if there is any pest control done as there were a lot of spiders especially in the annex outside the main house. Electric blanket in the annex was not working.
