First of all dear Alex and Anastasia, very hospitality and nice people. Their suggestions about island was amazing.. Hotel is really good located and perfect seascape. Almost every room has a sea window and balcony. Also perfect clean rooms, very good pool and relax atmosphere. We didn’t have chance yo eat but restorant should be impressive. You can also have fun and good time with children. As a result thanks for everything!

We stayed at Nisea with our two dogs during our road trip. The owners are adorable, and they help you out with every problem you have and make you feel like family.

The owners were fabulous could not do enough for you the view to die for the pool was amazing and the all d a y snack menu was very handy a little far from town you need a car or a fantastic 35 minutes walk to pythagorio town centre although easily accessible by taxi the road is quite narrow and steep

Where do I begin, the property is very old.. things are falling apart. There are cracked tiles on the bathroom floor and it's all together not a nice environment. To top it off I needed to kill a live cockroach underneath our bed. I went to the female owner of the property and explained my situation (to top it off there was no shower head and I needed to prepare for a wedding) and asked if I could check out early as I was not happy with the apartment and it's condition. They kindly offered to upgrade me or alternatively we could end our reservation and check out after 2 night to which I agreed to the latter option as I did not want to stay here any longer. My partner and I packed our car, and started driving down to the reception to check out to which the owner of the hotel comes out of no where standing in front of our car and asks us if we are going to pay. I had the hotel keys and my credit card in my hands ready to pay my partner simply didn't want me to have to walk down in the heat when it was the same way we were going. I went inside to pay feeling incredibly uncomfortable with this situation to which the owner said he felt personally offended that we did not like his hotel. I was made to feel like a criminal by the hotel owner simply because he had prior experiences of people driving off without paying and the fact that he was offended that we did not enjoy and wanted to end our stay early as his property. The wife was a very beautiful and friendly host and I really liked her however the husband was definitely a problem. To top all of this off, they tried to tell booking.com that we did not show up to our reservation probably so I didn't have the opportunity to leave my honest experiences of this place.

The cleanliness and service stand out. Everything was immaculate and this was maintained for my entire stay. This is the perfect location as multiple spots in Samos are accessible from here so it serves as a great base.

We were already expecting a nice hotel because of the pictures but in real life, the hotel and the atmosphere exceeded our expectations. It is a recently renovated, very clean hotel with a fascinating sea view! It is managed by a young, lovely and super super helpful couple. They speak very good English, and are very quick at replying! They also give amazing advice about the nice beaches and villages to visit if you are not sure what to do! We really enjoyed the area and the beach nearby which is only 3-5 minutes. The hotel is located a bit further to the centre, so a car rental would be of use especially if you are planning to visit the different spots on the island. Definitely we would all love to go there again!

We stayed here for 9 nights and the bedsheets were not changed at all. The tiles in the room and bathroom were not cleaned at all during this time, so from the shower to bed I was already got my feet dirty. The duble bed, in fact, represented two single beds, united, over which a mattress was added so that a kind of hump was formed. The building is very beautiful but unfortunately it seems that, maybe at the end of the season, details such as cleanliness and comfort were no longer so important.

Very good breakfast available upon request. Location close to Pythagorion (5 mins by car). Quiet small beach close to the hotel. Very helpful staff provided useful info for sight seeing and restaurants. Very clean and spatious room.

Window net to the window door of master bedroom would be very helpful.

Not a hotel for a family stay - limited pool area and no garden. Definietely not a problem for couples and young people.
