The place is simple, while doesn't have an in-house restaurant, the value for money & how helpful the staff are, honestly they go the extra mile to make your stay amazing.

Novus Boutique hotel is a small but comfortable hotel with an amazing view on Tbilisi and a pretty good location. The hotel doesn't have any meal but it's not a problem as there are many different fast-food places, cafes and restaurants around it. In addition, Ketit (the hostess) did the best to make my life in the hotel as comfortable as it could be.

There were some WI-FI issues in the hotel.

We stayed as a family of 3 and enjoyed a comfortable room with a big balcony that overlooked the mountains. The hotel was very comfortable and the host was always active and helpful. She was always available on whaptsapp for any information or need.

We had a corner room with a terrace, the windows were on two sides of the hotel, a beautiful view of the city (on the Saburtalo area and the second on the Ferris wheel on the mountain). Rather large and nice room, comfortable mattress on the bed, clean linen, and towels. There is a TV, kettle, and mini bar. You can order food delivery from city deliveries directly to your room.

During our stay, the room was not cleaned daily and did not take out the trash, did not renew tea and coffee. We had to make an additional request to have the room cleaned at least once in our 8 nights. Check-in at any time, and we warned what time we would check in, but the hotel did not do a major cleaning in the room, in which we ended up living for several days before the cleaning was done according to our additional request. There was no safe, iron, bathrobes in the room. Only four clothes hangers in the closet. The bathroom has a full wall window and no curtains, an "interesting" experience to take a shower or go to the toilet in the evening. Our room had a desk that was taller than necessary and impossible to work at. The Internet often stopped working for several minutes and the speed was insufficient to make work calls, it did not work at all near the "work" place, this is the far end of the room. Pillows are too thick, which were changed to slightly thinner on request.

Overall, the place is good to stay a couple of days, the city view from a window in our was amazing!

The Entrance in the building was a little bit co fusing for the first moment. There is no common entrance with a recption in main hall downstairs as in a big Hotel.The Hotel was in the 20th floor (by elevator). There was everything beautyful, clean and quiet. For us it was very comfortable.

The Hotel is a small Boutique Hotel very quiet. Rooms are new and cozy and overall very well equipped. Cleanness is top level and the owner is always ready to help. You get keys of the main entrance so basically you can come in out without any problem at any time of the day/night. They have been very flexible with check in and check out time.

Some smaller/softer pillows are needed :D
