Everything! Nicola was exceptionly accommodating as we couldn't get the TV to work. Set us up immediately in one of her other units. Pool and hot tub were awesome! Will be back for a vacation! Resturants made the walk a safe one
My drive to Brandon for work. Lol
But, that drive back made it worth it!

We loved staying here for the night of New Year’s Eve! there’s a great balcony with views of the water and a sunset restaurant/bar within a few minutes walking distance that was nice to go to. everything is very well kept up and clean inside of the room and everything you could want or need was here! the host was also very nice checking in over email so overall I highly recommend.

There was no breakfast included. Location was good.
Patio lighting so bright in room even with curtains closed. Room was very bright which made it difficult to sleep. No one emptied trash the entire stay and there was no direction provided where to take it. No dish soap in room to wash coffee pot or cups etc.

Construction in the room across the haul and one pool was not open.

It could use an update all around, balcony was a bit dirty but for the rest it was ok.

room was very clean and the pool was very nice.
not having a main office to get information. we got in very late and the security guard was either really high or had disability so was not helpful at all on finding our unit. he sent us on the wrong side of the complex and with have 3 kids after a crazy travels the delayed us getting there. taking an hour to find your unit was a nightmare. no one to ask for help at 2am in the morning but the guard and he was no help.

The room was well kept and beautiful. The views were amazing. It was very quiet and the room was stocked beautifully. The people we rented from were easy to get in touch with. We are sad to leave. Best vacation rental we've had!
The light on the patio doesn't turn off and if you wake at 4 am you think the sun has risen.
