The room was new and recently renovated. Everything were very clean, and the bathroom too. Hot water, smart tv, tiny but useful kitchen with all main kitchen appliances.

That wasn’t easy to regulate the temperature. The air was very dry, which didn’t help to sleep well at night. Wi-Fi was unstable. I was also bombarded with mails asking for check-ins, with broken links and broken forms to fill.

The room was very clean, modern and close to the main attractions.

- The WI-FI didn’t work at all during our stay (4 nights) so we were not able to watch Netflix and so on on the TV or use the internet on our phones. We had to go to a restaurant to download some movies. - The walls are super thin, you could hear absolutely anything from the neighbors. - The bed was comfy but too small.

Location Between 10 and 15 minutes, it will take from underground station to accomodation. Additionally, there are nice pub & restaurants are worth to visit.

1. No power socket for 210V.  Only one in bathroom was Type C (CEE 7/16). Except for it, all things are for Type G (BS 1363). 2. No elevator. You have to go up many steps with luggages without elevator if you are luck to stay in 3rd or 4th floors. 3. No soundproof At night, you can hear various noise from other rooms.

Das Bett war mit 1,35 für uns zu zweit zu klein und die Matratze war extrem weich.

The place was clean and rooms were well equipped with all that a single traveler would expect.

The windows are not soundproofed and the street in front of the building is busy so there is noise until late at night and from very early in the morning.

The property was in a good location, easy to find and close to most central amenities. The bed was okay, although a few hairs in it which made me question attention to detail from the cleaners.

The walls are very thin so you can hear everything going on outside your room and in the rooms adjacent. You can hear far more than you want to!!

We were woken up by smoke alarm one morning and had to run outside of the building. It got repeated one more time. It was false alarm. Needs to be fixed.

We ordered a room for two, but the bed was quite small and only had one blanket.

Great location in central London. Mainline railways stations, the Underground, shops and restaurants are all nearby. It’s a recent conversion and everything is fresh and clean. Having kitchen facilities is a great asset.

Wi-Fi was terrrible. Yes, I know it’s ‘complimentary’ and ‘cannot be relied on for professional use’ but it would be nice to send an email at the first try. TV signal was not much better! I also thought it cheeky to offer air conditioning for an extra charge of £170 (4 nights). I did not take up that kind offer.

We were in Cavendish for several days, the place is very pleasant, the room was clean and spacious (we took the bigger room), kitchenette equipped with everything you need, good location and you can easily reach the subway. We liked the place and enjoyed it, the overall location is very good, the nearby streets feel pleasant.

Weak WiFi, apart from that everything was very good.
