The flat is very comfortable with everything you need for a self catering stay. It was lovely to be able to have breakfast in the garden and enjoy a relaxed night in on the sofa. The location is excellent too. Very close to the peer and beach. The host's communication was great and we felt really welcome. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely flat that was nicely decorated in a beach theme. Has literally everything you need in it. Location is superb with the beach within a couple of minutes walk. Nick the host is fantastic. Communications were great. Lovely complimentary bottle of wine ready waiting for us. Overall we were very pleased with our stay. Many thanks Nick!

A few tricky steps to access the flat if you are disabled. A couple of extra dinner plates were needed. The bunk beds are a little uncomfortable for older children. Unfortunately the garden needs some tlc and would massively benefit from an outside light to be able to use in the evenings. And the cooker was terribly hard to use as the dials had the numbers etc were rubbed away. However we would stay again!

This apartment suited our needs excellently and I highly recommend staying here! The host communicated all we needed to know (without us having to ask) so we were well prepared before our arrival. There were four of us (two adult friends and two 13 year old boys) staying for 4 nights. We had enough space and privacy to be comfortable and relaxed. It was very very clean & modern with Wi-Fi, two smart TV’s, all the required kitchen essentials, comfortable beds and bedding, a great shower / bath, towels provided and a large comfortable sofa and dining table. The garden was also large and tidy. The location was brilliant and in a nice area. 10 mins by car to Newport and just a few minutes walk to the seafront of Ryde and shops. We had no problems parking outside the apartment (free for 2 hours during weekdays) and with free all day spaces literally a 2 minute walk away. Couldn’t fault this apartment. Book it.

Place was lovely and clean, perfect for our stay, brilliant to have a garden, I had the hosts mobile number in case of any problems, kitchen was well stocked, easy decor, towels and nice bedding included, comfy sofa in lounge, very quiet residence, and very close to beach, nice chip shop just around the corner, and a short walk to the other amenities, I would happily come back and visit again, and hopefully get the use of the apartment again.

No ironing board, long mirror, clock, and beds were a bit noisy/creaked when you moved, only 3 dining chairs, when 4 of us staying.

Location was perfect as close to Ryde seafront, restaurants and shops. 5 minutes from hovercraft and 10 minutes from fast ferry. Good on street parking. Apartment well appointed with large garden.

Although a garden flat the entrance does involve several uneven steps which are fine for most but could be difficult for children or anybody with mobility problems.

Cute flat, tastefully decorated with a 'sea' theme. Great location for the beach, the shops and for visiting other parts of the island. Parking not available adjacent to the property however Nick provided a few tips on parking options close to the flat.

A few little extra bits and pieces in the flat would have been useful ie a washing up bowl, bathroom towel rail or hook on the door and larger bath towels.
