My kids loved the billiards and toys. They were happy there. Our beds were comfortable.

The photos were really deceiving. I thought we were staying in a newly refurbished house. If I hadn't paid non refundable, I would have gone elsewhere. The first night we did not have heating, after I texted the owner it was sorted for the 2nd day. It's run down and is in major need of refurbishment for the price given: Mouldy shower, yellow toilet seat, low water pressure. Carpets worn out., kitchen facilities not cleaned properly, sink is filthy and had bits of food in the drain. The house has everything you need, but either outdated or dirty..

The owner called on the number we provided and though initially I had mentioned we would arrive in the afternoon, we reached there at 9pm and the owner was still there to hand us the keys. He was a friendly guy.

There is nothing I can say I didn't like about the property.

Nice area, good links with city centre. The house is warm with all the basics provided (towels, bedding, dishes, pots, appliences). You’ll also find tv, xbox, toys and books for kids.The price is good. I would reccomend it for a family making a short visit in London

Great house for anyone in need of longer stay. It had everything we needed - kitchen fully equipped, washing machine, wi-fi, even some toys that my son appreciated very much. The transport links are great (tram station 3 mins walk and it takes 10 mins to East Croydon station where you can catch direct fast trains to London Victoria, London Bridge or Brighton). The communication with the host was very easy and he responded to our questions very quickly. There is also a decent size Co-op round the corner. We would definitely stay again.

There might be few small improvements needed to be done around the house but these were not important to our enjoyable stay.

The house was full loaded with everything for a family stay, toys and pens for children, swings and seesaw. Full equipped cant fault out stay and will definitely be coming again

On a positive the owner was lovely and there was plenty facilities and location was great for getting into London. .

However the property needed decorating the kitchen needed a refit. It was reminded me of the student accommodation I use to live in. Could be great but unfortunately was not quite good enough
