I don't know where to start. In the beautiful and serene commune of La Trinite, this place stands out as a shiny gem. Grace, the host, is one of the kindest and most attentive persons I've ever met. True joy and peace is what characterized my inner state during my stay. The train station to Nice is 13 minutes away by walk; even if you intend on basing most of your trip on the city, I would not miss the opportunity to stay at this amazing place.

Very kind hosts. It was exactly what I was looking for to relax for a few days. This place is fully equipped with anything you could image. Fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, products to wash, etc.

The room is conform to the description

You have to share the kitchen but also the bathroom and therefore also the toilet inside the bathroom with the others guests of the second room

I had a comfortable stay at the hotel. Grace was an amazing host and she made sure that the stay was comfortable. She was very friendly and easily approachable. I felt that I was at home. I would strongly recommend this place

Very beautiful and confortable room. a bit far away from niza center so would only recommend if you have a car!

there was an issue with parking. the owner told us to park in the parking that belonged to the elderly residency right next to it (even sent us a picture of it so no confusion here). we did, and next day our car was blocked with another car from a nurse from the residency. the owner had to come down and talk to them (i tried at first but the blew me off saying the car didnt belong to any of them), and when the problem was sorted she explained that they had told us to park there because a few days before someone from the residency had blocked their car exit. i didnt appreciate being thrown in the middle of a stupid parking dispute with no warning (and naturally, no apology). also, there is nobody from the residency on site. i recommend having a working europe phone number in case you need to call them for an issue.

Quiet, clean, modern, with free pastry and coffee for breakfast included. The host was the most wonderful woman we’ve met on our trip. it was an amazing experience. Highly recommended, will surely return when we’re again in Nice.

Kitchen is equipped with all what you can need. The bathroom can be shared max with an other couple (one bathroom for two rooms, for now). Air conditioning is shared for all the flat. Everything inside look new and well cared. By car it's good connected to Nice and Monaco. Good place to sleep on the road.

This is out of the owners control but there was a lot of noise from animals downstairs particular a cockerel at 6am which made it hard to sleep

The host was very kind in organising our arrival and had a little breakfast ready for us in the cupboards. The room was very comfortable, the shared bathroom and kitchen were great and everything was very clean.

When we travel what we value most is a quiet place to rest, especially after driving for so many hours. The accommodation we booked had a good rating, it was away from the city in a quiet neighborhood and in its description it said it was soundproofed. We found the photos to be very accurate and the extra services too. However, once we arrived at night we found that outside the accommodation, just below our room, there was a water tank where dozens of frogs started croaking making resting an impossible task. In addition, in the morning, a rooster in an adjacent courtyard started crowing early in the morning. The owners did their best to eliminate these sounds, but for us, and as we now read also in other reviews from other users who stayed there, it was not enough. We also found it suspicious that a man was waiting for us at the door on the last day to ask us how the accommodation was. We definitely do not recommend it and will not return.

The host was super nice and friendly. Although we arrived a bit later, he was waiting for us. The bad was comfortable. The kitchen is big and has all the amenities you need. In addition, the host provided coffee and brioches for free. I would recommend this place to anyone.
