Bright studio apartment, clean and equipped for a short stay. All facilities worked well and it was nicely furnished. It look exactly as in the photos and with the balcony door was cool in the very hot weather. Access to the property was straight forward, with a lift and it was great to have allocated parking. Mr Sebaa was very helpful and we felt he would be available if we had any difficulties with the property (we didn’t). 30 minute walk into the town centre either via main road or alongside a lake away from the traffic. Good supermarket REWE was about 5 minutes by car and had parking.

The apartment is in a calm neighbourhood with ample playgrounds for the kids. The accommodation is beautifully designed with everything needed for a perfect home away from home experience. When we needed extras, the host was very proactive and the response time was perfect.

Great apartment: It was very well equipped and very well kept. Everything was in very good condition and absolutely clean. The area around the apartment was tranquil and silent, which we found very relaxing. The apartment also had a nice little balcony - perfect for having breakfast. What we also loved: There is lots of green around - and a nice playground right behind the house (if you are travelling with kids). The city centre is a short bus ride away, for which the bus stop is a mere 200m away with buses going frequently. A supermarket and a bakery are close by and the lake (Aasee) is 5 minutes on foot. Our host was helpful and reliable and it was easy to feel welcome and at home in the apartment. The communication with him was easy and straightforward making planning the weekend as well as check-in and check-out hassle-free. Last but not least, we forgot a charger in the apartment and got notified as soon as it was found - we greatly appreciated this!

The firmness of the mattresses was a bit soft for our taste. But that is subjective, and we very much appreciated that the beds were otherwise in perfect condition (clean, the mattresses seemed to be new)
