El personal de la manana y de la tarde muy bien, muy atentos. La alberca y jardin muy limpios y lindos, y el desayuno muy delicioso.

El personal de la noche madrugada no sabe resolver. Las habitaciones al reservar por medio de booking son muy confusas, no sabes cual te daran ya que las fotos no coinciden y pareciera que todas son diferentes pero tienen el mismo nombre en canales digitales. Las tinas so muy muy viejitas y algunas habitaciones sumamente obscuras y lugubres que dan un poco de miedo, viaje con mi mascota y las camas son super altas, para estar unos dias por trabajao esta bien pero para vacionar o quererte ir a relajar no es la opcion de hotel. Pero igualmente agradezco las atenciones que quisieron tener conmigo despues del error de su recepcionista nocturno.

Un excelente lugar para quedarse en Guadalajara, un lugar muy comodo, cerca de centros comerciales, rápida salida a las Av. Principales, atención muy buena y muy limpio, una extraordinaria casa convertida en Hotel

A very authentic Mexican property. The staff were exceptional and really made our visit memorable. Would highly recommend this accommodation!

We were unfortunate to have other guests who were very noisy and inconsiderate - meeting in front of our rooms for chats after midnight and partying on the balcony until 2.00 am - so recommend you take ear plugs. During the week it was lovely and quiet but the weekend was ruined by this very noisy group.

The staff was very friendly. Excellent location

My Spanish got worse as I got more tired throughout the week, but the staff was kind and helpful in communicating with me every day. We were in town for a wedding and they were able to let us in late both nights which was super helpful. Property was secure and beautiful, breakfasts were light and delicious. Bathroom is gorgeous and spacious. Loved having a little patio. Everything was clean and comfy.

The door knob on the inside of the bathroom came off a couple times but was an easily fixable problem.

Strong odor coming from toilet. Assuming there are problems with the cesspool.

we could not control the hot water in the shower as it went from cold to very hot and it was very difficult taking a shower. one of the two sinks in the Presidential Suite bathroom, the water faucet did not work, we had to ask for shampoo, conditioner and lotion every day. The room did not have any Kleenex when we checked in. One of the drawer handles was hanging loose with one screw. We were expecting a much better accommodation on the Presidential Suite. Had we not paid in advance we would have most likely moved to another hotel.

Great location and helpful staff. Breakfast was convenient hours and was fresh and prompt.

The hotel is picturesque, clean, and the staff is so nice & helpful. Beautiful pool, plants, and breakfast included. It's worth the 10 minute walk to the expo to stay here.

STAFF=EXCELLENT!

I would love to redecorate the furniture in the place to match the style of the hotel. Also, a lot of the space in the hotel could be better utilized. I know the library and stuff on display you think is a highlight, but no one is ever going to use it. But the STAFF and the back gardens is what makes this hotel superb! Keep your staff. They are excellent.

Absolutely beautiful place with friendly, helpful staff. The rooms are really tastefully decorated with modern furnishings and all of the communal areas of the property, its pool, outside bar, and garden, are gorgeous. I wish I could have stayed longer and will return again. Also definitely recommend walking from the hotel to the little Jardín del Arte de la Glorieta Chapalita park. There are some great restaurants here as well as a lot of street food vendors, live bands and musicians and artists selling paintings and handicrafts.

Pool was very cold, gym is at the basement, which was dark and scary, but not haunted.
