Dobrá lokalita. Na pol ceste do mesta aj do lyžiarskeho strediska. Cenovo prijateľné. Herňa pre deti.

Prístupová cesta, resp. priestor pred chatou je len vysypaný štrkom, kde tu blato. Na izbe nám chýbala rýchlovarná kanvica a chladnička.

Fajn ubytovanie pre lyziarov 5 minut autom od Kubinskej. Pestre ranajky za ktore by sa nemuseli hanbit ani v o hviezdu vyssom hoteli. Celkovo velmi dobry pomer cena/vykon.

V kupelni opadavajuca omietka v sprchaci ale nic co by sa nedalo prezit.

Ontbijt was prima, ruime kamer met goede tv. Mooi terras en speelgelegenheid voor kinderen.

De communicatie was erg slecht, we hadden 3x overnachting met ontbijt van vrijdag tot maandag. Zondag rond de middag komen we beneden voor een kop koffie en alles is gesloten vanwege 5 dagen vakantie. Niets gezegd tegen ons en wij zaten in een spookhotel met ons tweeën. Maandagmorgen nog niemand en we liepen half 9 met onze koffers naar beneden toen de eigenaar aan kwam rijden. We hebben boos verteld wat er aan haperde: communicatie dus, uiteindelijk excuses en konden we alsnog ontbijt krijgen, wat we geweigerd hebben. We hoefden de laatste nacht niet te betalen. Maar zo ga je niet met je gasten om.

Very nice guesthouse situated at the very end of a village (formally part of the town Dolny Kubin but in reality a small village in the mountains). Surrounded by nature, very quiet place. Comfortable room with a nice view from the balcony, very good breakfast, a lot of parking space. Fabulous castle Oravsky hrad within less than 20 minutes of driving.

The restaurant was closed which I understand given the low season, but the offer on booking.com should be updated, restaurant on site was a factor of my choice. Meanwhile, we had to drive to the center of Dolny Kubin to have dinner.

Both the hotel and restaurant are overpriced for what you get. For 96 Euro, I got a very basic outdated room with a broken toilet, and in the restaurant, for 7 Euro you get 2 frozen chicken nuggets

The breakfast was plenty and delicious. The rooms are comfortable, the staff is very friendly. The foods of the restaurant are very fresh and delicious. The surroundings beautiful, the ski park is very close (3 km) with many slopes and you can borrow all the skiing/snowboard stuffs there.

The price on the booking.com was unreal! - But some weeks earlier the hotel sent us a letter about the accomodation, so we had known the real prices when we arrived. The real price was correct, but the price on the booking.com is misleading.

Very kindly, helpful and nice service. It is family- friendly hotel.
