Perfect location for reconnecting with family and friends. Within walking distance to the large shopping centre,. The apartment itself, has a well equipped kitchen, lovely bedroom & the living area is a good size. All rooms clean and fresh. All in all a great stay. Will be looking out for it when visiting again. I've dropped a point for the late check-in time 4:00pm & early check out 10:00am latest. With additional charge applicable for early/late check-in/out.

The apartment was clean, nicely presented and very comfortable. The area was generally very quiet and the view over the canal out the back is delightful. Absolutely perfect for a short break and great value for money. Owner is communicative, helpful and trustworthy; damage deposit returned without issue.

The only thing worth noting is that there were a couple of times when people asked me to let them into the building, stating that they'd lost their fobs, which of course I refused to do - but this does not in any way reflect on the apartment, the owner or the building itself, and I did not in any way feel threatened.

It was comfortable and cozy. Carole was always available on the phone. She is an easy person to communicate with. It is a fully serviced apartment and very clean. We definitely enjoyed our stay at the apartment. We will really recommend it to others if they are looking for cozy and well furnished place to make their stay.

property was a nice size, main bedroom bed was very very comfortable. kitchen was great.

There was no bedding for the sofa bed so we had to get our own. owner did refund us the cost which was great. was very difficult to get the keys to the property, we ended up waiting over an hr and our food we had ordered to have in the apartment went cold as we couldn’t get in.

The proximity to the canals and the on site free car parking. Easy to access the Commonwealth Games sites. Good road links to the motorways and main routes into Birmingham.

The location was quiet. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable. The host is always on hand to help out with any needs you may require. Overall I enjoyed my stay!
