The property was very dusty and smelling mold. I found dead roach in the bathroom and from 4 nights booked I stay just the first night because I arrived late and was no time to find another place to stay. Spend all night awake due to the allergies reaction because the cleaning conditions. Terrible experience

This unit is no good for family specially with kids

The condo was very clean and homey. Just about everything you'd need to have a home away from home. You have access to all the facilities at the different buildings in the complex...multiple pools, fitness center, and tennis courts. The pools don't really have hours so you can swim as late as you want. It was about a 5 minute walk to the beach across the street, with private access. The room had a beach wagon, boogie boards, umbrellas, and some sand toys for the kids. The beds were pretty comfortable. Nice to have multiple bathrooms, with ability to shower or bathe in 2 of them. The kitchen had plenty of glassware and everything you'd need to cook. There are a couple of grills outside around the pool that you are able to use. Overall, a nice place for the money.

This place is very strict on where you can and cannot smoke. The beach is also no smoking but they do allow alcohol on the beach. One bed had a memory foam mattress which we were not huge fans of since we have a very stiff mattress at home. The twin beds were very bouncy and could use new mattresses. Overall, nothing really was disappointing to make the trip less enjoyable.

The location was great. Some places within walking distance. The beach is across the street and easy to get to. Check-in and out were extremely easy. Staff was super friendly, and the paperwork was ready upon arrival.

The showerhead in the master bath was crudded and totally needs to be replaced. The water came out with black debris from the showerhead. Unable to clean the showerhead or use the shower in that bathroom. There was an odor in the apartment, presuming from the carpet. Once opened the sliding balcony door, it aired out. The bathtub did not have slip resistance on the bottom, so had to be careful getting in and out of that shower.

dishwasher leaked, WiFi weak and unstable, balcony door difficult to lock, across the street from the beach and we were not told at check in how to access the beach(had to ask another guest returning from the beach), had to pre wash dishes as there was evidence that some may have been only rinsed and put away (prefer it when guests load the dishwasher to be run by housekeeping to ensure that they’ve been sanitized), staff confusion about our checkout date
