Location, clean, decoration, layout, comfortable

Finding in dark difficult. Sign is in black so doesn't reflect to see name. If was white we would have seen the sign a lot easier. Would stay again but having a small bottle of milk and a cut loaf and eggs would have been a lovely touch. Luckily we did bring our own as wasn't specified. But not wanting for anything makes a better experience. I'd pay more for this to be included too as an additional option if it was available as understand some might not want this. Simple toiletry set. Even if only one small shampoo and bath/shower bottle in a welcome basket with other stuff available.

Beautiful location and great facilities. The double bed in the main room was super comfortable. Use of the travel cot and high chair for our little boy was greatly appreciated. Excellent communication with the hosts in the run up to our stay. Thank you.

Silverwood Coach house is set in a idyllic and very private setting. For a family of 6 with small children the layout is great in terms of sleeping arrangements and having two bathrooms a bonus! The house is lovely inside and the fact there is opportunity to access a pool (if pre-arranged) fantastic!

The outdoor area which is part of the house is not directly accessible. We were fully aware of this so not a criticism but to be aware off of you have small children.

Use of the swimming pool was much enjoyed

Some minor communication issues complicated getting the key, but these were quickly sorted out.

Nice location, quiet. Swimming pool was a big bonus for my little ones.

Mattresses need to be changed, all of them. In the small bedroom bed frames are squeaking badly, my little ones couldn’t sleep there. It will be nice to park your car inside and take your stuff out there rather then walk from the outside parking spot.

Beautiful property and scenery. Very good facilities including full kitchen and use of a pool. Easy to collect keys from the lock box outside the door. Great parking. Brilliant location- not too far away from Frome/Warminster yet set down a peaceful lane.

The main bed could be a little comfier.

Close enough to Frome and supermarkets, in a beautiful and quiet location. Great set up, well equipped.

The 2 single beds are quite hard and creak, so we found them uncomfortable and very noisy too, if you’re a light sleeper you’ll wake up each time the other rolls over, however, that was a grown adult in each bed, small children I’m sure would be quite different
