The house is very near the cathedral and castle. The high ceilings, gorgeous corner sofa, kitchen, bedroom and toilet facilities are very high standard, and the lovely courtyard out front is an added bonus. Owners were quick to reply to any queries and very friendly and generous.

No dishwasher. 😘

The house was beautiful and well equipped. The hosts were friendly and helpful. They welcomed our two little dogs as members of our family which meant a lot to.us. we enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to everyone.

Great location for the older part of Lincoln like the Cathedral and Castle, but still an easy enough walk for more of the shops/pubs if you wanted. Lovely light and airy and modern enough but still some of the original feel about it. Host very promptly left a new coffee machine for us after getting feedback from previous guest that it was not working properly.

No on site parking at all, but opposite and 1 min walk around the corner were unrestricted and free space when we needed them. Sofa bed not the most comfy for a longer stay

The house was very comfortable, had everything we needed, and decorated to a high specification. Lovely outside seating area.

Spotlessly clean, very comfortable, light and airy, a stone’s throw from the cathedral, very short walk to Bailgate. On street parking was easy.

Excellent location, very comfortable. For a quick family get away this is perfect. I stayed with my kids for three days, which was enough to see what Lincoln had to offer, from the castle wall walk to the arcade warehouse.

Parking relies on street parking. So long as you get parked this is convenient and safe. But there's a chance you might not get parked in the evening and have to go to a nearby carpark.

Beautifully decorated property, which had everything we needed for a few days away to celebrate our daughters graduation. The location is fantastic if you are wanting to enjoy the Bailgate area of the city, with many restaurants, pubs and independent shops on the doorstep, as well as the Cathedral and Castle.

Parking could potentially have been an issue , however we parked in a car park around the corner and then moved the car to the property once local workers had left for the day.

Lovely house, very comfortable , excellent location for Cathedral, just a 5 minute walk . Xmas tree & trimmed up lovely for our Christmas stay thankyou

Could have done with a dishwasher as some of the pots were not as clean as they could have been on arrival.

This gem of a place is quite literally nestled within the first few properties of the main road, BUT we heard no traffic. Our hosts had ensured that the lounge and main bedrooms each had a running fan as the hot weather was unforgiving...and we had a welcome refreshment waiting for us in the kitchen...it's the littlest of things that make the biggest good impression. The short stay for us was just what we needed

On a personal note, I am used to a bigger main bed, but most certainly not a deal breaker. My suggestion is that the three stairs up to the bedrooms needs a small handrail for persons who battle climbing stairs, other than that, almost perfect :)

Everything was wonderful, though details to help accessibility like a grab bar in the tub would be great. The host was very accepting of this feedback!

Everything we needed, comfortable and homely. perfect location, lovely welcoming hosts. Parking was easy and loved the sunny courtyard.

The house was furnished beautifully and very clean. The outside space was also delightful with lovely furniture. The location was excellent and the Sam and Justine could not have been more helpful.

The beautiful cottage is located just next to the amazing cathedral. We really enjoyed to sit outside and hear the bell. The cottage had everything we needed and a lovely living room with place to the whole family. We will recommend anyone to make a stay there.

The bed in the main bedroom is really noisy.

We fell in love with the place. The accommodation was beyond our expectations! Very beautiful house, clean and comfortable. We went for our son's graduation and the ceremony took place in the cathedral which is a few meters away. Plenty of parking place in front of the house. The owners were very helpful. We appreciate that Sam gave us a late check out due to the ceremony.

Great location close to the cathedral. Pretty enclosed courtyard which was safe and secure for the dog. House was beautiful and the hosts were really friendly and welcoming. Recommended without hesitation!
