Everything its excellent at Riazor. The rooms, service, restaurant and the employees!

Excelente servicio. Habitación impecable

There was a problem with the bathroom which it was not taken care of because we only stay one night. However, I reported the problem and the staff was nice and said thank you for letting us know.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was awesome.

Staff members are very cooperative but the beds are old/broken

Beds should be replaced. I have to call reception 2 times to fix the broken bed. Breakfast was almost the same every time.

The location was excellent. It was within walking distance to the Malecon, however I would not walk there at night. It was also right next to a restaurant that had an amazing vibe and decent food. There was also another restaurant a few blocks down to the left of the hotel that had inexpensive delicious Dominican food.

The staff could have been a bit more welcoming. The room was small and there were no windows.

Everything. the staffs, excellent service, employees very friendly. specially the front desk lobby. the maids take care of everything in the room. every-thing was amazing. !!

individuals safety very low. you can't block the entrance of a premisses with cars all over. in case of an emergency that could be a big issue. other than that amazing.
