We use West Bay every year,for a few days and have stayed in several different properties there. The site is exactly what we need for our stay, the location is perfect. We like having a choice of accommodation, determined by who we are travelling with. Normally a one bedroom,and two bedroom is booked. We had such lovely weather this trip,made our stay even better.

Unfortunately, there was a planned site electricity outage one of our days. Then the day before that, our property had a power cut ,an issue with the fuse board. Had to call for assistance as the problem there difficult if your not familiar with it.The rear patio area was not usable, other properties we have had in the past had much better outside space.

Very clean, well kept, beautiful grounds. Only saw a couple of groundsmen but they were very polite. A bulb was reported and seen too very quickly

No facilities were available which we were not made aware of. No pool, no kids pool or play area, no spa, no tennis courts absolutely no facilities for recreation. Very disappointing as this was one of the reasons we chose it.

Finding the property was a bit difficult . And the key code was for us a bit hard to realise the key

The skylight in the main bedroom. It had no covering, so it was light very early in the morning. Plus, the water pressure was low and water temperature was very intermittent in the showers and bath.

Sign posts none existent and everything closed no staff at all anywhere to be seen When leaving was putting key in keylock and it fell and dropped through the decking it is underneath that so sorry couldn't get it out. I had to get my ferry noone to advise there at the time so had to leave. There was a light unsafe on the ceiling needs to be sorted and more lighting on the site for evenings.

Hardly any lighting at night and no signposts and no staff everything on site closed

fantastic location and perfect little spot. loved that it has an ensuite and family bathroom and was easy to get into Yarmouth from here.

loved everything, the kitchen was well stocked we could have done with a little more space to put food and the freezer door was broken so the food in the fridge kept freezing up.
