It is appropriately located, the market is near, the ghat is near and also the beach is pretty close.

Great location, rooms, staff.

The room was clean with a nice balcony and a comfortable bathroom. the location was great on the quite side of the river but still with plenty of shops around. There is also access to beaches along the river. I liked it that there was much less traffic. However, the draw back was that I needed to walk with my heavy backpack across the bridge to take a riksha to the train station.

Lots of noise being made on the terrace outside my room. Too highly priced for room type. Some staff not very welcoming. Not as seen in pictures. Confusion over pre-payment (kept sending emails for payment even though I had paid).

The place is lovely and the view too. After issues with the room they gave us some benefits.

The room was flooded by a bidet defect on arrival and it took too much time to resolve it, didn't change the room and the managers were hard to find to negociate.

I lIke location of Zostel and also view from hotel.

Washroom was not clean upto mark, washroom door is also not working properly, leakage of water from pipe near geyser which created discomfort. No Mirror in room. water bottles are not available in room.

The place is really loved vibes. Its near to laxman jhula Bridge if you gonna cross by ram jhula Bridge is gonna be far (40 min) Beds are confortable and cozy. They have AC and hot water. Staff very helpful and friendly.. Thank you guys!!!
