Door code was not working, we used the lock box instead

Location was fine - 7 min walk to the beach. "Town" was about a mile away. The kitchen was very usable, and had enough plates, silverware etc. for four people. The place was spotless, well kept and clean. The Hot Tub was really great -- even when it was hailing and blowing sideways snow. The owners of the place have a great roof over the hot tub. We liked the dirty-shoe tray by the front door, with the stool there to sit while taking off shoes. And the electricity stayed on, even with two significant winter storms blowing through. Yayy. The electric heat pump kept the indoor temperature very comfortable.

The electronic code front-door lock was broken, so it took 15 cold, windy minutes of phoning Vacasa to find out how to get into the property. We were able to get help and luckily, there was a lockbox as a backup. There were no wine glasses, plastic or otherwise. No bread knife either. The upstairs "guest" shower had no grab bars and no bath-mat - it was very slippery.

Bad dog smell even in bed we slept in. Tacky torn rug in living room. Torn screen. Dog poop in garage. Way to spendy for having to smell that for a week.

Need steps too hot tub. Still 10 though!

The yard and hot tub were amazing after surfing all day. How close to the beach it was.

Can't really think of anything.

A majority of the home was clean. However, the floors were dirty and needed to be mopped. Our feet/socks were black after walking on the floor. Also there were a lot of bugs in the home.

The fenced in yard was a total hit for our dog and our granddaughter. The hot tub was wonderful in the evenings because the weather was cool. The bedrooms were nice and spacious. The bed in the big bedroom was amazing. Very comfortable,

The grass needed mowing. The exhaust fan in the attached bathroom by the big bathroom didn’t work. At all. It would be helpful to give instructions for the operation of some of the devices. The heating system and the fireplace.
