J'ai aimé mon séjour à Akwa HIN, le personnel est au top très professionnel et accueillant, l'hôtel sent tellement bon et est très propre. je vous le recommande pour vos voyages d'affaires

Le petit déjeuner peut être revu, vous pouvez le varié.

L’accueil

Il y a des moustiques dans les chambres. C’est pas du tout bon pour un hôtel à AKWA.

Good breakfast and nice location. The workers at breakfast was nice. Cool with pool.

Everything seemed to be difficult for staff. We asked for towels, since we only received one at the room. It seemed like a crazy thing to ask for, especially since we also asked for two more for the pool. We received three out of four and was told to come back the next day to ask again for the fourth. Also they could not give us money back when we paid cash, which we did get later when we asked for it though. Thirdly, we wanted to check out later on, which was informed of as a guarantee on a picture in our room. When we asked, they said it was nit correct and that they would take the picture down. However, apparently this only counted for the ones booking directly on their website, so it was OK since we booked on booking. Overall, it was OK, and these negatives are just bagatelle. However, to this price, I had expected more, and also it would be nice if the workers do not make it seem like the world end to go get a second towel when we are two people

The staff were absolutely wonderful. They were welcoming, helpful and attentive. It was very easy to arrange for a hotel shuttle and the shuttle was waiting at the airport when I arrived. The breakfast was decent fruits, croissants, beignets and a more hearty breakfast of beans and other dressings if that is you’re preference. There are also omelets available upon request.

The bathroom was a little narrow and the finishings were sloppy aesthetically speaking but otherwise functional and clean.

Very friendly staff, very accommodating. The hotel was clean and breakfast was minimal, but perfectly fine. We were not told that you could order eggs, but once you know that, they are nice!

The bathrooms are uncomfortably tiny, actually too tiny to use properly. Also very run down. It was clean, but lots of holes in ceiling, cracked tiles, etc. I'm used to hotels in various places in Africa, but this was a bit more than usual.
