Nothing, the support from the property and way Booking.com handled my issues was awful. Co-ordination between the property and booking.com is missing.
The property should not be trusted they provide false information to the guests as well as booking.com. My visit was cancelled, inspite of us staying there, stay receipt not provided. Booking.com does not address a compliant without receipt. Inspite of know the property is fraud, Booking.com does not do anything. Stop using Booking.com, they do not control on the properties and will try to convince the guests.

Transportation was arranged for us from station to villa and after we arrived welcome drink was served to us and all services and facilities were explained on check in.

The facilities, furniture, and bathroom fittings are all worn out. Not at all upto the mark. Location is way too far from the happening places of Goa. The caretaker Padam was very polite, helpful and kept the property clean.

First of fall they give us false information. So called apartment name was Le Blue . Location poor , condition of property worst like doors windows beds were not working properly . Bullshit in one word.
