Perfect location, private access to the beach, lovely apartment supplied with everything we need, spotlessly clean and tidy. Great that towels and bedding were included, as we have stayed in similar places where they weren't. We appreciated the welcome package and the information folder supplied. We would love to come back!!

The apartment was clean, tidy and the owner left, bread, milk, butter, wine and jaffa cakes which was a lovely touch. Great location for the beach which we utilised numerous times. The owner was easily contactable and checked in after we arrived.

It was as expected and described. Bedroom's are quite small for big people but there are manageable.

I loved the location. The apartment was also very clean and provided everything we could have possibly needed! Even left bread milk etc which was a lovely surprise!

the location was perfect,close to the beach,shops,bars.

it was really clean and comfortable, the flat was really nice, I love they also left a welcome pack with bread butter milk orange juice tea coffee sugar, it was such a thoughtful touch to the holiday, definitely would highly recommend and would stay here again.

excellent communication free m the owners before and during the stay location is really close to all local bars and restaurants accommodation suited us very well with couple and two teenage boys welcome pack was very thoughtful.

It was a lovely little apartment, although it was big enough for a family of 5 to comfortably stay here. It’s located right by the main attractions in Brean so it’s the perfect location to stay. Mandy is a wonderful host, who was very accommodating and polite 😊

I don’t have any complaints.

The accommodation was absolutely perfect. It was like home from home. Everything we needed was there and it was clean and the beds were comfy. A 2 minute walk to the beach and the arcades were literally over the road. Even had a complimentary gift on our arrival. One happy family here ☺️

Apartment in a closed estate, very clean, perfect location, shops and restaurants within a few minutes' walk. Two minutes walk, private beach entrance. We were very pleasantly surprised by the welcome package. Overall, a very good impression, I definitely recommend it.

The apartment was spotless and was really nice, well equipped for anything and everything you need. Also Netflix, Disney and free WiFi always a bonus!! The apartment was so clean and tidy and perfect ground floor parking outside the front door. We will deffo be back here. So family friendly !! The owner was always on hand for any questions we had. I can honestly say this was an amazing holiday so ideal if have children. Literally sevonds from the beach your that close you can hear the waves crashing !! Which sounds beautiful. Across the rd literally from arcades, restaurants brean theme park, markets and much more. Weve had so much fun.! Thank you so much the kids loved it as did we. ❤️ we only booked 3 nights but loved it that much we stayed for a week..
