This was a beautiful 2 bedroom apartment with a great patio and rooftop deck!

Being in the town there were many roosters and atvs, but that is part of town life.

Great balcony (no views though). Clean and comfortable rooms. Good beds.

Lovely terrace with a hammock to relax in. Above a little shop and looking down on the ATVs and donkeys, but quiet at night. Only a short walk to restaurants and both waterfall walks.

We had trouble finding it as there was no house number or sign, but the locals directed us (in Spanish). Furniture was quite upright and not very comfortable.

It was noisy with Atvs on the main road. Some loud construction while we were there.

It's brand new and very beautifully painted n furnished. The patio in front was perfect for enjoying coffee. It's very close to several great restaurants and the sights of yelapa.

Up a steep hill, a tad noisy.

This was a fully stocked kitchen with the six burner stove! There is just a sliver of the view of the ocean from here but if you go to the rooftop there’s a beautiful view up there! The only thing I didn’t like about this location was the amount of traffic from the floor wheelers and motorcycles. It is on the main and only road going through town and so there were times when it was pretty noisy.If you’re sensitive to noise I would not stay on this main stretch.

traffic from the four wheeler’s and motorcycles. Saturday night was especially noisy until after midnight. Also the location on the map could be updated. It was very difficult to find and even the locals didn’t know where it was. It is across the street from Miramar and then up the hill three or four houses.

the property is beautiful. the town is beautiful.

bedsheets and pillows had bad smells. town people were not very nice. Getting here was difficult.
