Great little weekend away staying here with my partner and dog. Enjoyed some lovely evening dog walks down the beach and days out to Colwyn bay and Llandudno whilst visiting. Caravan is comfortable and located in a nice quiet secluded area of the site. Well equipped with family games and spare dog water bowls(bonus, as I left ours back home by accident) bedding and towels were provided which saved space in the car, as not all caravans come with. Must say I haven’t been on a caravan holiday for over 15+ years so I was skeptical about it but it has proven you don’t have to go a million miles away to enjoy and spend time with family to have a great time and I will definitely be returning soon. Thank you James for being so accommodating and letting us stay In your beautiful caravan. Look forward to coming back soon xx

If I was going to be really picky the only slight thing would be we wished we had some outdoor chairs to sit on as the weathers been lovely. And caravan is located next to train track so can get a bit noisy but neither of these were a deal breaker for us and we quite enjoyed watching the trains passing by.

The static was amazing home from home very clean, and comfortable. Had everything there that we needed. Loved that there were cleaning products too. Great price for a Haven and it being a bank holiday weekend value for money cannot wait to go back.

The park itself was clean and well run. The main building was quite new and there were quite a few facilities and places to get food. If you purchase a play pass you can use go carts, swimming pool, climbing wall etc. The dunes and beach were really beautiful. The hosts gave us good directions and were quick to reply to any issues.

The caravan was right next to the railway line and I was woken several times by trains going past. I used the pull-out sofa bed which had a thin mattress so I decided after a few nights to sleep on the sofa directly which was better. I'm only 5ft5 so that was fine for me. The heating was not on a timer so you either left the heating fans on all night, or had to put them on when you woke up. One night was very cold so I woke in the night and turned the heater on.

The accommodation was very clean, comfortable and situated in a nice area. There is parking available very close by and plenty of activities for children within the site. I found the contact with the hosts to be helpful, concise and polite.
