The living room has a TV, the Master has tv and the bunk room has a TV for the kids too! The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, microwave, 4 burner stovetop, oven, toaster oven, and coffee maker. Three slide-outs make this trailer very spacious, one in the bunk room, one in the living and one in the kitchen to make the common area extra spacious. Outdoor kitchen with fridge, sink, and stovetop for outdoor dining. Additional propane hookup for your gas grill (grill not included in rental). Enjoy the outdoors even more with a huge awning with LED lights and sound system, beach chairs, and large rug provided for your outdoor relaxation. Full hookups (water/electricity/sewer) is preferred. But we do have a generator available at a rental rate of $40 per night. Please let us know a head of time if your lot will NOT have hookups so we can add this charge to your reservation. We are a DELIVERY ONLY RENTAL. Our delivery fee is $200 for up to 40 miles and $4 per mile thereafter, based on one way trip from 92082.
