La ubicación es excelente .

La habitación a pesar que estaba limpia el olor no era agradable , deben utilizar mejores productos , y el área del desayuno estaba desatendida , los recipientes de basura no los habían vaciado y daba muy mal aspecto , lo que quedaba a las 8:am era solo cereal y no había cubiertos para poderlos comer con leche.

I didn't like anything about this room.

What I didn't like was that the room was not cleaned, the beds were not made, and the whole ordeal was just sad and inexcusable. Please just beware of these rooms. They're awful and I wouldn't suggest anyone go to this sadly inexcusable place they so call a resort.

The only thing I liked was that the room appeared to be clean. And I’m saying appeared cause after meeting 2 of the workers , I have doubts

The room that they gave me was facing the highway, very noisy, VERY! The remote for the TV didn’t work well so to change the channel, you have to get up from the bed, get close to the tv and then it will work. The concierge that checked me in, nasty attitude. And the one that checked me out, even worse. Supposedly, breakfast was included (one of the reasons why I chose that hotel) but there was none. The excuse she gave me… “we are waiting on the truck “

Location was scary. It appeared to be a unsafe environment.

Room was outdated and smelled

I’m a senior they put me all the way up on the third floor the steps were right there. It was easier to go up and down the steps. They said there’s an elevator but the elevator is all the way at the other end of the property it means I would have to walk all the way down to the elevator go up walk all the way back there’s plenty of empty rooms on the first and second floor. They could’ve put me on the low floor. I requested a lower floor and they did not, meet my expectations also twice my key card went out after I walked all three flights up. I had to walk three flights back down go back to the office have the key card reactivated it walk all the way back up. I’m a senior I can’t be walking up and down the steps like that. It’s ridiculous that they will put me on the third floor.

Did not like the staff was not all that friendly would never stay at this property ever again

Acomodação pessima, desde o check in, não tinha água pro banheiro e nem tomar banho e lavatorio no quarto e quando chegou a agua, nao tinha agua aquecida. Tivemos que pagar outro hotel e não reembolsaram ate hoje, conforme foii dito no check out, via cartão de crédito.

We got a phone call around 8pm and we were told that our 3 reserved rooms were cancelled because they overbooked. There was no offer to put us up in another hotel or any help at all. Quite insulting, really.

Lobby was nice and clean.

Well the first room I went to it was full of roaches. Then I asked them to move me to another room and tv is not working. So last room they relocated me to was a lot better. However, the sheets felt wet.

Front desk employees could of been friendlier. Location was very scathe. Very scary characters lurking the facility.

The bed, very comfortable. The room was very clean.

The towels and wash cloths, they need new ones.
