They asked for an extra R100 when I was there saying the room I booked was already occupied

Easy and convenient to use Booking.com

Information was not at the guest house when booking in. No communication received re 18h00 check-in only. Could not even change for a party at 16h00. Had to change in my car.

There was nothing which I liked.

The place looks likes like an abandoned house. The reception was bad. We had to wait 4 hours before we were checked in. After we were checked in, someone was murderered in that room if not more. The shower did not work. Worse experience ever.

It was my second time here and the host remembered my name. I felt so important and welcomed. This attention makes me want to return. What ever i asked for i got, no questions asked.

I wish the toilet was closer and the shower behind it. At the moment the shower is closer which wets the whole area.

It was easy to find location and affordable price for the area. Staff are very helpful and friendly.

I didn't like is that the units didn't have fibre or WiFi. The bedroom could have a bedside lamp.

The privacy they gave us

The lady's mood was really bad and unwelcoming. A smile and lower speaking tone would do. There's been a lack of customer concern from her. The gentleman that opened the gate for us was very hospitable😊that's only person who made us feel conformable
