No hassle

The apartment is old and tired. Visible mold in the bathroom with cracked tiles and a 12”x12” mirror. You can’t even see your face or shave. Beds are old and mattress is uncomfortable. The picture is booking.com is very deceiving. I would have never rented that unit had I seen the real picture. It is unethical to show a wrong picture to portray the unit.

The location was in a quiet neighbourhood and within walking distance of restaurants/shops. We appreciated having our own dedicated car parking space. We liked being able to pick up the key from the local shop rather than having to operate a key safe box on site.

Everything was fine really, only comment is more towels would have been appreciated as only two bath towels and one hand towel provided for a party of four people.

We callled it the Dump!

Location, Bathroom and more. The noise was appalling - doors slamming all hours of day and night, kids screaming all hours of day night, littering in hallway, old fridge dumped on verge outside flat. We felt very unsafe and moved out as soon as we could without staying the full time.

There was no breakfast, but the location is excellent.

getting in touch with the management takes time and that needs improvement.

The key collection is completely unsatisfactory: it is unreasonable to make one travel to a different part of a busy city to collect and return the key; moreover, this location was a shop not marked with the street address given by the host. Facilities were satisfactory but let down by excessively rough painting and a clinging shower curtain too small for the bath area.
