very large space in Japanese standards, well decorated/colorful, easy check in, 5 minute walk to shrine and main bus stops
the kitchen/bathroom area kind of had a weird smell, and the bathroom was very old and not clean

It was cheap
The accomodation was really dirty. Also, one bed was missing 2 bedlegs. This made it impossible to use it. Even when putting a small bag onto the bed, it tipped over. Its impossible that the cleaner did not notice this. The owner did not respond, and hasn’t responded yet. We had to sleep kn the ground. Absolutely avoid this place!

ทำเลที่พักสะดวกดี อุปกรณ์อำนวยความสะดวกครบ มีที่จอดรถหน้าที่พักสะดวกสำหรับคนที่ขับรถไปเอง แต่จะงงๆ หน่อยเวลาไปถึงแล้วว่าใช่หรือไม่ที่ๆจองมา ขนาดจอดรถอยู่ด้านหน้าที่พักแล้วยังต้องเดินวนดูอยู่หลายรอบ
ห้องพักด้านบนเวลามีคนพักอยู่ด้วย เวลาเดินไปมาเสียงเดินดังลงมาถึงห้องพักข้างล่างดังมาก แถมมีลากเก้าอี้ไปมาเสียงดังสุดๆ ถ้าเป็นไปได้ขอพักห้องด้านบนจะดีกว่า

LAS CAMAS: unas camas donde los muelles se te clavan durante toda la noche y chirrían cada vez que te mueves. Casi no pudimos dormir y cuando lo hacíamos mal.
LA DUCHA: toda llena de moho,sin ningún tipo de limpieza

Les lits sont extrêmement inconfortables, on ressent les ressorts
Machine à laver présente mais rien pour étendre les linges même pas des cintres. Nous avons dû laisser sécher nos vêtements deux jours sur des chaises…

It was a perfect location and right across the lake. At a walk able distance there is a convenient store and a pizza place right across the apartment.

The bathroom was dirty and smelled of urine. On the surface the property looked clean but definitely was not cleaned properly.

Good location with walking distance from bus stop. Easy access to lakeside, convenient stores, restaurants and etc. The apartment is very lovely and clean. we enjoyed staying here.

Beds to hard, and no drinking glasses available. Communication with owner not good. Wanted to stay on for more nights. But owner not responsive on messages.

The cooker was not close to any electrical socket so difficult to use. No knife for chopping board to prepare food. Neighbours upstairs were very rude, jumping around and moving furniture at 11pm!!

The location is walking distance from several visit point. The room are spacious enough and comfortable. The check-in was a breeze with password to lock box provided to you prior to your stay or upon enquiry via Booking. Great value for money. It is a great place for a relaxing holiday where you can have quiet walk in an amazing scenery and serene atmosphere.

The facilities were all as listed and the room was tidy and clean. Communication with the host was easy and check in was simple. The property is in a good location and was easy to get to by bus.
Room was slightly cold - although probably my fault as I couldn't figure out how to turn on heating.

Night curtains allow light inside. Very cold even with BOTH air conditioners working on heat.

we booked for a family of 4 adults, the 2 futon beds were fixed in, there is no way adults can fit in them, we end up sleeping on the floor. we tried to contact owner on arrival with no reply 2 single beds were so uncomfortable, the whole place was gloomy and dump, mould in the bathroom ceiling

You can check it anytime, no rush, coz they will tell you the password for the lock box. the place is so comfortable, we like it. also the location is fantastic, very close to the Lawson, Pier, even the bus stop and Pier. Their private parking is awesome.
