The restaurant and bar could have been open. The pool was very small for the crowd. The elevator was broken. Healthier snacks would have been nice.

Weekday receptionists or staff needs to learn to listen when guest have inquiry regarding the incidental charges and not just keep talking. Active listening is pivotal. Allow the guest to inquire and ask for a follow up question. You hope to have a guest for life not just be treated as a transactional customer. The weekend manager was more attentive and listened better. He really took the time to ask how we were doing. Until now we have not received an email regarding the $300 incidental deposit that was charged to our debit card. We have allowed 1 business day and optimistic to hear back or see to be refunded soon.

Nice, new building and the gym was very nice. Parking was well lit. Area felt very quiet and safe.
Was charged a sizable "insurance fee" for booking through Booking.com, breakfast was not provided, the shower took 10 minutes to get hot water, trash in room had not been taken out. The lobby staff acted annoyed and uninviting. Noise from neighboring rooms was fairly loud.
