Great!

The house was as advertised. Very well appointed - relatively new construction. The location was fantastic as it provided a nice separation (15 minute drive) from downtown Key West, but allowed for easy access when the family did want to hit Duvall Street, etc. The property management company was fantastic. Very quick to respond to any requests. The house does experience airplane noise due to the naval base flight path. While the noise is limited to certain time windows, it can get loud. Overall, a fantastic experience.

The house is amazing and the property management was great and very quick to respond to needs. Would for sure stay here again. The family enjoyed the house house.

It was wonderful, more peaceful. We like going to Key West, and this is a perfect location to Enjoy the fun and hustle and bustle of Key West, but then go back to a quiet place to relax. Wonderful dock, great pool, used the barbecue. Outstanding home. We will certainly be back!

We loved this home and location. We traveled with family and friends. We had 3 kids and we’re very pleased with the baby proofing in the house. Everything was clean and new. We enjoyed the location because it’s close enough to drive down to the busy part of town whenever you want, but isolated enough to be quiet when you’re at home. Thanks!

The property is beautiful and has all the amenities. It's spacious so no one is on to of one another. Also, it's located in a quiet neighborhood away from the crowds. We all had a really good time.

The property is beautiful and great for a group of people. The check in is incredibly easy and the property management is fast with their responses. There were a few items that needed attention and they were quick to sort this for our group. This is an incredible stay. So relaxing and comfortable.

Great experience

Great location only a few minutes to Key West. We loved having our boat on the property. The pool was awesome and it was nice to be able to heat it for night swims. Lots of space for the family.

Beautiful house! Bathrooms attached to every bedroom is such a huge plus for adults! Everything was absolutely wonderful!! Zero complaints!

I needed a big home, one that sleeps 10 people. The home is configured very nicely with a full bathroom in each bedroom. The living and kitchen area worked very nicely for entertaining and we were not cramped at all. The outside patio is also nice and well shaded.The pool with the light and fountain feature is really cool! The pier is also a wonderful addition as you can dock a boat, snorkel around, and swim or fish. There are a couple of things that need fixed, the ceiling fan in one of the bedrooms, the outside patio ceiling fan and the outside shower. But overall, this home has everything you need for a relaxing, wonderful vacation! We had a great time. These homes are very conveniently located on the north side of the Key West near the Airport. We rented cars for going Downtown, but we also Ubered and the Uber came quickly. We bought some small Umbrellas for our chairs by the pool. It would be nice to have shade at the shallow end of the pool. Thanks Again for a fun time! I would definitely come back here!

A few of the bedroom ceiling fans don't work w/o the light & there was a fair bit of airbase noise but these are small troubles. The house was beautiful and exactly as described. The beds were very comfortable and well appointed. The fans in the bedrooms either don’t turn on or you can’t turn the lights off. The kitchen has just the basics and nothing more. All in all, we had a wonderful time.

We took ubers down to Duvall. The house was clean and the pool was warm.

Close to downtown key west but still quiet, clean, well maintained, and on the water.

This and neighboring properties are absolutely beautiful. Perfect for friends and family. The neighborhood offers all sorts of convenience including being only minutes away from Duval and the southern most area of Key West. Management's communication and accommodations were fantastic. Would go back 100%.

Beautiful Home! Very clean! Love the location. It was in the perfect spot! A golf cart ride to old town key west yet on our own water and in a peaceful serene are!

A beautiful home on a small bay. All of the homes around appeared to be vacation homes as well. We were one of the first people to stay in the neighborhood, and first in this home. Even though there was still some construction, it was very quiet. As with most, if not all of Key West, you will hear the Navy jets flying M-F. We enjoyed watching them fly in to land. Would definitely bring the family back.
