Cute little cottage, tailor made for 2 for a weekend getaway

We came down for the high school graduation of a family friend. The cottage was absolutely perfect! It was adorable and clean and very comfortable! We couldn't have asked for more. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. Even the directions for the TV were very helpful. The backyard of the property was beautiful, plants and bushes everywhere! We would stay here again in a heartbeat!!! Thank you!

My husband and I traveled to Athens to visit UGA with our daughter. She spent the weekend with a friend and we stayed in the cottage. It was adorable, clean and quaint. It had everything we needed for our stay. We enjoyed local shopping, dining and some fun breweries.

Beautiful casita in backyard with its own little yard . It was close to UGA and I did do a fair amount of walking in the neighborhood and felt safe at all times.
Bedroom and living room are on separate climate control remotes which works for me and my husband. Would definitely stay here again!

This is a cozy cottage in a garden setting behind the main property. It is perfectly located next to campus and within walking distance of many restaurants in the 5 points area. I walked everywhere and enjoyed several lunches in the backyard garden. Communication with the owner and manager are excellent and accommodating.

My husband and I were in Athens to visit our son and attend a UGA football game. This cottage was perfect for our needs! Clean, quiet, comfortable, and an easy walk to the game (and all that Five Points has to offer). Check-in was a breeze and the owner was very easy to communicate with. Would absolutely stay here again!

This adoable little cottage was perfect for our 3 night stay four UGA Orientation. Excellent location, cozy, nicely appointed and easy access. We'd definitely recommend look forward to coming back, if availalble, during football season! The wine was a nice treat - thank you!

My best friend and I watched cotton candy sunsets, birds and chipmunks playing. We even had the opportunity to see a raccoon scurry across the yard. We went on 5 mile walks and enjoyed the beauty of the neighborhood and the trees. This was so pleasing, as we were here for school and after class this was just what we needed to slow our minds. A lot of laughs and meals were shared in this tiny and cozy home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and appreciate you so much for sharing a tiny piece of your home.

Located where 5 Points and the campus meet, you couldn't be much closer to South Campus. The space is pleasantly simple, but well-outfitted. Located on a terrace behind the main house, it's quiet and serene. I'm not sure this is always the case, but the main house was unoccupied during my 3-night stay, which made it feel even more secluded. I recommend taking a walk on the Greenway accessed behind the music school

We loved staying at this cute little cottage. It was walking distance to Sanford stadium to cheer on the Dawgs to victory. Many nice included amenities that we weren’t expecting was a wonderful surprise. We will certainly love to stay here again the next time we are in Athens.

The place was clean, quiet and had everything I needed for my trip to the area. Parking was great. I highly recommend for an individual or couple who would prefer the comfort of a house over a hotel, but only need one bedroom. Thanks for a great stay.

Another amazing stay!
I have been coming to Athens for 30 years now. I spent most of my life living in Saint Augustine Florida, and was married to a Georgia peach so going to Athens was par for the course! This Vrbo was the nicest place I've stayed at to date and I have shunned hotel stays for the past five years. It was everything the description showed and didn't let me down. I highly recommend this location.

Perfect stay for Dawg fans
My son and I are UGA fans from Kentucky. We traveled down for the Red and Black game. This cottage was just what we needed. It was close enough to be able to walk to the game, but not so close that we had to deal with crowds or traffic. It is small, but we weren’t there except to sleep. Bed was comfortable, washer/dryer was a plus, Bathroom was a little tight, but that is to be expected. We never figured out the tv/remote, but really didn’t need it. Great stay. We would definitely book again for future games.

So pleasant and enjoyable!
It was just right for my husband and me. Cozy, clean, well stocked and convenient. It was so nice to not be in a noisy hotel room. This cottage is the place ones wants to return to whenever possible.

My new husband and I stayed for the weekend and had the best time!! The owner was super helpful and the place is GORGEOUS- It was well laid out for the size! It was convenient to everything in Athens and on a really quiet and not trafficked road- we will definitely be back!!

Top Notch
Stayed with my 12yo for a couple days and cannot say enough good things about this cottage. “Impeccable” is the word I keep coming back to - clean, comfy bed, bottle of wine, plenty of extra cleaning supplies/toiletries.
The location is perfect, too. You are steps from being on-campus. It truly is the perfect Athens set-up; I may find excuses to visit so I can stay in this cottage again.

House was immaculate. Loved my stay. Instructions for tv need to be improved. Also locking door. Outside lighting at night very dangerous. Needed flashlight. With those improvements perfect. Sweet note from owner was. Ice too.
