we were well pleased with all except the bedroom with the bunkbeds. The overhead light seems to have a short. Additionally, there was not a plug that worked in that room, so I had to leave my phone charging overnight in the bathroom. A bit inconvenient. But I am mainly mentioning in case the owner needs to check into an electrical problem. Otherwise, great!

This house exceeded our expectations. Looking at the pictures you can tell it’s a cute place, but actually seeing it you will just fall in love. 10 out of 10 recommend. We brought our kayaks and took several trips down the cozy channel where the house is located. It has a few outside seating areas which was so nice to be able to sit outside and enjoy nature. The property manager was so informative and responded quickly which is appreciated. I will definitely be a returning customer.

Pecan Pie was great! Very clean, great communication with management team. It had everything we needed. If you are a coffee person, bring KCups, no regular coffee maker. The boat dock is under construction, we just floated in the cove and went out on the paddle boards. Will be back!

Enjoyed going up the Colorado River, Golf, Fellowship, and simply relaxing on the porch.

We enjoyed the house so much! The layout was perfect and the kids loved the game room. We loved having the boat doc to park the boat and easily get out to the water! Highly recommend!

Had a great time at this little house! Was missing a few amenities, like paper goods, cocktail shaker, and other small kitchen things that are normally in rental houses. But location was good and it was clean!

My wife is a Chef. She needed some large pots for Thanksgiving dinner, but they were not available. She contacted the reality company and within 3 hours they came to the house with a complete set of brand-new pots and pans. Imagine that! Above and beyond. Recommend this listing without a second thought! We had a great experience. Thanx...

The property was fantastic. Seems like it was updated recently or a lot of care is taken into keeping the property clean but I would say it was one of the cleanest properties I've stayed in. The neighborhood is quiet and very little light pollution so you're likely to get a great view of the stars. We happened to be there during a meteor shower so caught a few ourselves much to excitement of our kids. They also had a great time playing air hockey and PacMan when we had a little downtime.
The area itself is nice, Kingsland isn't a huge town but there are more than enough restaurant options to last you a few days. The location of the property is great, Inks State Park has great hiking and is only a 20 minute drive away. If we do make our way back to Kingsland, we'll be sure to see if this home is available.

We had an amazing time staying on this peaceful canal. The home is clean and comfortable and the canal is so beautiful with all the oak trees overhanging. Lake levels were great and so refreshing given our hot dry summer. We will definitely stay again.

We truly enjoyed our stay in this home. It was the perfect spot for our group as we were near the Spartan race. I loved they allowed our pups and the fenced in yard for them was great! We would definitely stay again!

We loved Pecan Pie! The property was great and right on the water. Very beautiful. Gameroom was neat additive to the stay so once the sun went down we could still keep the fun going. May look at updating some of the games in there like the air hockey (it worked but didn't keep score and a piece was coming loose making it hard to hit at time) Amazing trip and a place we would definitely return to.

While our party was all mature adults; families with children would be delighted at the toy supply.
For us, the best part of the house is how well the outside patio and fenced back yard are dog-friendly.
More renters would be better off becoming dog accepting. I would put more faith in dog people being responsible than the average renter.
Lots of paper-work and fees and warnings...but I guess that is a sign of the times. Get through it and enjoy this very well appointed getaway. It's worth it.

Great location for weekend getaway with family. Wonderful updated interior to home and excellent atmosphere to enjoy the beautiful weather outdoors. Highly recommend for others!

This is a sweet little property, everything was in excellent shape, seems newly remodeled, clean, quality linens, towels, furniture. We went to Texas town squares, wineries, boutiques, hung out on the patio by the water and visited with friends staying 4 houses down the road. I really liked the area, very up and coming neighborhoods for hill country life.

Annual LBJ Family & Friends Vacay!!!
Property was gorgeous, absolutely loved the covered back patio right on the water, the game room keep the kids occupied while not on the water. The backyard is amazing for the furry friends and the neighbors are amazing as well.
