Negatives are the house is in the flight path of the Navy jets making it very noisy in the morning , there were at least 5 things broke when we got there, the washer and dryer is too small ans should have come with instructions, no toaster, no clocks anywhere in the house, one little couch and two chairs is too little for a house that can sleep 14. At this price point too many things wrong to rent it again.

First and foremost this house was absolutely beautiful. The quick responses from Javier and Doug were great. They were on top of everything there. We will most definitely be returning next year.

The management company was extremely prompt in sending a worker to our rental to fix a minor problem. The house was lovely and well cared for. Having our own private dock was wonderful as we brought our boat with us. We even snorkeled off the dock.

It's a new house, so everything is fresh and lovely. There's a great place to store a boat trailer and the entrance is locked so everything was safe. All of the bedrooms were spacious with plenty of pillows and comfortable beds. Great bathrooms and a huge kitchen/living room area. We loved staying here. We especially loved the pool and the dock. We actually caught a tarpon off the dock and watched as he took the bait since the water is so clear! The only distraction was the training of the fighter jets as they circled overhead, heading for their landing strip. But they were fascinating to watch!

Had a big boat to tool around with but the best snorkeling was literally just off the dock. Lots of coral and fish and clear water but no current. Loved the home and our whole trip.

This home exceeded our expectations in every way! The location was perfect, close enough to town to enjoy the activities, shops, restaurants and bars, yet far enough out to be quiet and peaceful when we were done. The dock was amazing for our kids to fish and we put our Stand up paddle boards in and paddled out of the bay and all around. Home was large, clean and a perfect floor plan for all the teens to be upstairs and be kids while the adults chilled on the main floor. Pool was the best and the deck to enjoy evening meals and our morning coffee. We could not be happier with this property! Thank you for sharing it with us!!

Great place to stay, plenty of room, property management accommodated all of our requests - Doug was awesome! The military jets flying over the house all day, especially at 7:45 am, got to be a bit much, however.

Booking the house was easy and the property management group is great with keeping you updated on how the check in process works. They also offer discounts with local businesses if you book with them. A big negative is they charge you extra for early check in PER HOUR. So unless you’re willing to spend even more, just check in at the assigned 4pm time. Unfortunately we had an awful start to our trip because of the check in. As we were arriving for our 4pm check in after driving 7 hrs, the owner calls me to tell me that the fire marshal was at the house and I could not check in until he gave me the green light. Long story short we weren’t able to check in until 8pm which ruined the first day of our trip. We were celebrating an event and needed time to set up decorations and we could not. We also weren’t able to shower and make our dinner reservations so our first whole day was thrown off. We get to the house and it’s beautiful except it was SO dirty we literally had black feet after just being in the house for an hour. We also found black human hair in the bathrooms so the house was not cleaned before we came even though they claimed they were taking extra precautions for COVID. I spoke with the owner and he refunded us the first night which was nice but it left a sour taste in our mouth. He also sent the cleaning crew the new morning and floors improved. Overall the house size was great for our group size but with the headache and mess of it all, there are other places we could of stayed that wouldn’t have thrown our trip into a stressful mess.

The house was clean and large enough for 11 adults and one child to enjoy without being cramped. The pool and dock were amazing. All in all it was an excellent stay and we would definitely recommend to all!
