The apartment was very nice & comfortable in a great location, easy walk to the beach!

This condo was perfect for our baseball tournament at the beach trip. Great location and easy walk to beach, really cute beach decor and well appointed! Super quiet, tucked away and very clean! It was great to have the extra space that the condo provided as well as the use of beach equipment as we had a load with all our baseball stuff and was nice to know all of that was already there. The management staff was awesome! Very attentive and made check in a breeze! Thanks for a great week!!

We were in the area for a baseball tournament, but wanted to be able to be near the beach. The location of this property was great. We loved the Surfside Beach area. It was a 5 min or less walk to the beach. We were very close to restaurants and had a nice central location to several of the baseball fields where we played. The property was perfect with the 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Excellent stay!

We had a great experience at Sea Grove 304! It was clean, close to a lot of great restaurants and very easy check in and out. The place has lots of little things you may have forgotten to bring. I would highly recommend this place.

We stayed at this AMAZING beach condo during the 4th of July week. It was excellent!! We were a little nervous when we booked this unit since it did not have any reviews yet, being that it was new to the market, but we are so glad we did. The owners clearly had put a lot of thought and care into this place. Aside from it being super clean, recently renovated, and having nice finishes, it was the little things that really set this unit apart from others. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with everything needed to cook a full course meal, including a huge selection of spices. There was even a map of where everything was located in all the cabinets. The storage unit downstairs was complete with everything you could possibly need for a beach vacation, including chairs, umbrellas, beach carts, and kid toys. And the location was superior. A very short walk out to the beach. You could walk down to the pier to all the restaurants there. And it was just minutes up to Hwy 17 and on to Garden City or Myrtle Beach. We would ABSOLUTELY stay here again!!

The condo with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths was spotless, updated and only a block away from the ocean. It was spacious, well maintained, comfortable for a family of 4 adults. Nice balcony with lights, table and chairs, even a ceiling fan to enjoy summer nights. Owners have thought of guests needs by having beach chairs, umbrellas, wagon, pool noodles all supplied for us. This is a 3rd floor condo without an elevator, in case you have anyone that can’t go up stairs. We enjoyed the pool, the suburban area near stores, restaurants, also not far from Myrtle Beach state park and broadway on the beach. We will be back again.

Wonderful Accommodations! ***** Heron Time offered everything we needed and more! We loved the keyless entry, spotless rooms, comfortable furnishings, and spacious balcony. Our hosts supplied plenty of extra towels, blankets, and toiletries. There are also more than enough pool/beach accessories (chairs, umbrella, cart, toys, etc). The pool was great, and it's just a short walk (about a block and a half) to the beach. It's far enough off the main highway to be quiet, yet still close enough to everything (groceries, restaurants, shopping, etc). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Heron Time at Sea Grove (304)!

Was able to check in early, which I did request. Condo was beautiful and stocked with starter supplies. We were a block from the ocean, an easy walk and a few blocks from “downtown” Surfside Beach, within walking distance as well. The pool at the property was also excellent, large enough for everyone. First time we vacationed at MB in the summer, the amount of golf carts was something to get used to, otherwise, absolutely no complaints.

This property is so welcoming! So many extras to make your trip enjoyable. Check out the listing before you pack because alot of items are already here.

5 ***** Our stay at SeaGrove was wonderful. The condo was extremely clean and extremely well taken care of with plenty of upgrades. You guys have obviously thought of everything to offer guests from toothbrushes down to Q-tips that may have been forgotten at home and it was awesome that you provided that. The back deck was a wonderful, spacious, and shady departure for our evening hangouts. The beach access was lovely and easy, and did not take much effort going back and forth walking or driving. Having a place with such a great laundry room and storage closet with provided chairs and beach games helped us so much in our stay and was a lovely convenience. The bedrooms were fantastic and had very comfortable beds. We recommend this condo to anyone!

This place is amazing!! They thought of everything when they were decorating and setting up this unit. You name it, they have it. Perfect location with easy access to the beach, shops and restaurants! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to when we can return again.

We rented Heron Time 304 at Sea Grove in Surfside Beach for the month of March. We have spent many winters in MB...and worked with many realty companys, and there is always some sort of "glitch" in the process. Not with itrip vacations! Mandy Joye was our contact person...delightful, courteous, helpful and a "Joye" to work with. We rented the 3rd floor condo thinking we had an elevator. When we found out that we did not have an elevator, Mandy offered to send someone over to help us carry our luggage up. And when we got there a day early, she had no problem giving us our welcome package and the key....absolutely no hassle....ever!! If you are going to rent property...see Mandy Joye at itripvacations! And if you are looking for a beautiful,newly decorated, clean..over the top condo...rent Heron Time 304 at Sea Grove. The nicest one we have ever stayed in! We promise, you won't be disappointed. We booked for a week vacation at Surfside Beach which we love. Everything about the rental was great. From check in to check out. Hosts have a very nice place for a great relaxing beach getaway.

We have stayed at many properties in the Garden City/Surfside area over the years. This condo ranked among the top places! Communication was amazing from the very beginning. The condo was nicely decorated, very clean and well stocked. The location was great and the pool was a great way to cool off after long days at the beach. I would book Beach Bound again in a heartbeat for our family of 5.

The condo defintly exceeded our expectations. The location was great with only 5 minute walk to Surfside Beach which was very family friendly. Our host was very kind and the condo was adorable and comfortable. We had a great time hanging out at the beach and pool. The area was clean and quiet. We would love to come back to this place!

This was a lovely condo for my family's beach stay. We had plenty of room for me, my husband, our children and my parents. It's only a block from the public access, so getting to the beach was really convenient. I loved that the owners thought of the small extras that you may forget. The beach supplies in the storage closet was also a big help! We would definitely rent again.

I loved the entire experience except for two things; the bed me and my wife slept on wasn't as comfortable as other places we stayed and the room is on the 3rd floor and no elevator. Please don't get me wrong, we are going back next year! Everything else was Tip notch! Check the home before you buy anything. The owners provide things you didn't know you needed plus the essentials. Book your stay today!

This unit was perfectly decorated, located and managed! Every detail was thought of down to the beach toys, chairs and beach umbrella. I would recommend this property 100% and will definitely be returning.

Mrs. Cindy is great. We enjoyed ourselves and will definitely be back. Clean, lots of space literally has everything plus more that you need. Location is amazing. The steps give you a workout too. Lol
