Esta villa tan agradable en un pueblo en Yaiza te permitirá disfrutar de todo tipo de actividades. Al disponer de un aparcamiento en las instalaciones, podrás olvidarte de tu vehículo y salir a pasear. Estarás a 9 min a pie de Playas de Lanzarote y a 12 min a pie de Castillo de las Coloradas.
En esta villa con un jardín podrás disfrutar de una playa cercana, que dispone de tumbonas, relajarte en la piscina climatizada o tomar algo en el porche o patio. Para cambiar un poco, entra y disfruta del wifi gratis y de la televisión por satélite o cable.
Al instalarte en este alojamiento de 3 dormitorios y 3 baños, encontrarás una sala de estar, un comedor, una zona para barbacoas y caja fuerte. This villa is perfectly positioned in a peaceful area but within easy reach of the lively parts of the island. The villa itself has everything you need and was very clean and beds were really comfortable. The pool is perfect for a morning swim and was a lovely suntrap being nicely sheltered from the winds. Fantastic holiday and if we come back to the island would definitely book this villa again.

We had the most brilliant time, and had our eye on this villa for some time but it had always been booked up before. We loved the privacy, location etc and everything is provided for a fantastic holiday! We would love to stay there again if the option arose in the future.

We had a wonderful week in the sun at Villa Katerina.
The property has an idea location within walking distance to Maina Rubicon and ideally located just far enough away to enjoy the quiet of an evening. Playa Blanca is a longer walk (but still walkable) or a very short drive away.
A shop, taxi rank and bus stop are all situated just outside the villa - you really couldn’t get a better location.
All of Lisa’s recommendations for restaurants/car hire/day trips were a great success. Lisa was a top host, with great communication from the time of booking until the end of our stay.
We are already looking for dates to return…!

The property was actually better than advertised! Not only was it, clean, beautifully furnished and in an ideal location facing two supermarkets and not far from the rubicon marina and playa Blanca centre but it had everything promised and more.
I would highly recommend if you are looking for a villa with a private pool and a great family get away. Will hopefully be booking again for our next visit to lanzarote.

We had an amazing stay in Villa Katarina, the property is fantastic and has everything you would need on your holiday. The property has loads of space and coin operated air-conditioning. Lisa the host was super and answered any questions very quickly. A lovely gesture of wine and a few goodies was given to us. The pool is great, we were there for 10 days from 20th August and didnt need the pool heated. A lovely 10/15 walk to Marina Rubicon, and a further 10 minute walk to Playa Dorado which is a beautiful beach. Huge advantage is the supermarket across the road, aling with Antonis cafe/bar, lovely friendly staff. I would highly recommend this villa, and will definitely return. Thank you Lisa

Great holiday, home from home in a beautiful villa with beautiful views. 20 minute walk to the Marina every time was breathtaking. We loved our 2 week stay and would definitely recommend the Villa and the Marina. Lisa was very helpful.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at villa Katarina. Very comfortable and clean inside and out. British TV if you want it. Pool heated to perfection. Supermarket on the doorstep and a short taxi ride into town or a nice coastal walk in the evening. Loved it so much we have already rebooked for November.

A wonderful villa in a great location and only a 15 minute walk from the Marina along the coast with an excellent choice of restaurants and bars. A very enjoyable, relaxing few days in the sunshine. Communication with Lisa was great.

Spacious property with nice terrace, pool and amenities. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Lisa was very responsive to any communication. We enjoyed our holiday and would rebook this property again

This was a great villa in Playa Blanca.
Right from the initial booking, Lisa was a great host and answered everything needed and when we had a couple of issues in the villa, they were resolved within a maximum of 30 minutes, outstanding service.
The location of the villa is great, on the other side of the road to 2 supermarkets. Walk left on the main road down to the sea, turn left and you are at centro commercial in 10 mins, turn right and at marina rubicon in 15/20 minutes.
The villa itself was very spacious for the 4 of us adults, everything you need is provided inside, all kitchen equipment, bedding etc. Lounge is big with sofas and TV showing all English channels. The internet was great, no issues at all.
The outside is very well set-up, with a lovely pool (recommend the heated pool if out of season, was lovely!) and eating area etc.
Highly recommend this villa.

The property was perfect for us and is deceivingly quite large, it had everything we needed for a family holiday and if we go back to Lanzarote we will try to book it again. Rubicon Marina is a pleasant 20 minute walk along the coastal path with lots of restaurants and shops, Playa Blanca is a bit further but worth the walk. If you like beaches the Papagayo beaches are also within walking distance although we took the car most days

My wife and I and our kids had a wonderful stay at Katarina. Superb location - and the Marina (10 minute walk) has a great choice of restaurants, bars, etc. A couple of supermarkets literally across from the Villa has everything you would need. We are hoping to return in 2023 - loved it!

There is a well-stocked HiperDino supermarket right across the street. The highlight of the villa is its patio and pool (the additional fee for heating is worth the price and highly recommended if travelling in low season, e.g., April).
The current interior is worn out, with scuffed sofas, damaged furniture, ceiling lamps with exposed cables, etc. The oven did not work and contained cobwebs! Crockery and cutlery, pots and pans are of low quality. Overall cleanliness was average.

Villa Katerina is very comfortable, with everything you need for a great stay in Lanzarote. It is in a residential area with a small supermarket close by, but we hired a car which made exploring easier. Well equipped, safe and secure!

Excellent holiday property
The property is in an excellent location across the road from two supermarkets and an easy walk along the promenade to the Marina. The house is extremely well appointed, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Lisa was easy to contact and immediately answered any queries we had. The outside was a little smaller than we thought from the pictures but there was ample space for a family to enjoy. It was a pleasant surprise when the property was cleaned, beds changed and new towels provided half way through the stay. I would have no hesitation in recommending this property and will probably return again if we are coming back to Lanzarote in the future.

Excellent séjour chez Lisa
Notre séjour chez Lisa a été très agréable, La piscine chauffée à été d’un bon agrément au moment du déjeuner entre 2 séances de plage.
La Maison est assez bien placée pour accéder aux Magnifiques plages sauvages de Papagayo.
La maison est très bien équipée et Lisa toujours prête à nous aider.
Bref on vous recommande chaleureusement la Maison de Lisa!!!
