Great place to stay, would stay again. Short walk to the beach to see the sunset, dear all around the neighborhood Paige was great to work with. I would recommend this property.

We had very nice time at this house. House, especially kitchen is well equipped and beds are very comfy.

Layout worked great for our group of six adults 3 kids. Easy acces to town and the beach. Went to the pirate days while we were there. Dogs were welcome nice to have a roomy place for our group.

Stayed here for our parents memorial. Everything was great! Home was top notch!

We enjoyed this property for a mixed group of teenagers and adults. Plenty of space, entertainment options, well stocked kitchen. The fire pit was a special bonus. Quiet neighborhood. Host was responsive to questions in a timely manner. Many memories made and would stay again!

Plenty of space for a medium-to-large group to spread out. The decorations have been thoughtfully selected to keep nosy or adventurous pets out of trouble. Everything was clean and tidy. The beach is walkable distance but for parties with less mobility there's a convenient beach access parking spot less than 5 minutes away.

The owner is very responsive to messages. We were having issues with the fridge at 1st, but was able to resolve it immediately, as the owner got back to us right away and suggested that we flip the breaker. This fixed the issue and the fridge was pretty new, so this had not happened before. The decor was super cute and cozy. Our only real complaint is that there is no hot tub. My mom wanted to soak in a tub, since there was no hot tub, but did not, due to the caulking around the tub being black and needing to be replaced. The caulking was all in-tact and the tub was shiny clean, but black caulking was a bit of a turn off! Other than that, it was a wonderful rental and I would recommend staying!

it was very clean. The people that help us were very good at there job. I would use this service again.

The kitchen was fully stocked with cookware, crockery, and silverware. Lots of towels for the showers. The beds are way more comfortable than any other places we stayed at. The decor is beautiful. The host is very responsive. We had a very smooth and satisfying overall experience.

The house was clean and bright. No issues. Bed was slightly softer than my likes but it was fine. The kitchen had really good utensils and pans to use. They had coffee and filters. They plates were also good. Can opener could be replaced. But easy to cook in and prepare meals. Beach access to drive on to the beaches was just a couple of miles down the road. We enjoyed our stay -Zumwalt Family

The pictures and descriptions of the house were accurate. We were there for the cool weather and the beautiful beaches. The weather cooperated and the beaches were nearby with adequate parking. We enjoyed our stay and would love to come back next summer.

The house was definitely nice. Kitchen is perfectly stocked. Bring some toilet paper just in case you need extra. The beds were comfy. Quiet neighborhood We enjoyed our time together. I do agree about the noise travel through the house . That is the something to consider if you have people that have a early bed time. The driveway can handle at least four cars with room in the garage for two .

Really great experience, really nice place.

It's a beautiful, comfortable house and a short walk to the beach (short walk on a road and then a grassy path straight to the beach). It has everything you need. There's a park close by that our kids used as well and the beach was not crowded even on a holiday weekend.

We enjoyed our stay. House is very nice. Only suggestion is to have some sort of curtain or blinds in the main living room and dining room. When the sun is out it is hard to watch tv because sun is directly reflecting on the tv. As for the dining area, if the sun is out it is directly reflecting by the dining table and it gets too hot. Over all it is a very nice property and nice location with easy access to the beach.

Loved our visit here! So close to the Beach, to Grays Harbor lighthouse, and to the pier... the home is lovely. Loved the open concept upstairs, and the cozy wood stove / fireplace downstairs.

There was some minor issues but owner was very responsive to get them resolved. The house was enjoyed by all of us.

We were looking for a place on the coast during President’s Day weekend. We needed a place willing to accommodate 3 dogs. Our group was 4 older adults and 4 college guys plus the dogs. It was a great house. Clean, & Really open concept. Great for us and board games except maybe at bedtime the noise of other guests. Walking distance to beach- short drive into town. Host was very good about communication. House had all the cookware needed.

Great place! Everything is new and clean. The kitchen had EVERYTHING we needed including sharp knives. We were there for Thanksgiving so did a lot of food prep and cooking.

This property housed our group of 8 perfectly. The beach was walkable, and clam digging was only a short drive away. The home was cozy and comfortable. We can't wait to make this our annual getaway!

Our stay was great. We wanted to be near the beach for clam digging and it was fantastic. Clam cleaning table, short walk to the beach, lots of room for family/friends. Kitchen had everything we needed for all our meal prepping/cooking.

We were a group of 4 adults and 5 children. The house is extremely comfortable and well appointed for families, the bunk room was so much fun for the kids! Short enough walk to the beach for the kids and nice quiet neighborhood. Great stay, already thinking about booking again in the summer.

First time in this price range and everything was nice and clean. It was like staying in a hotel.

The house is beautiful, ths decor is beachy and adorable, it was clean and on a quiet street. The owners put so much effort into all the details and kitchen had all you could imagine. Paige communicated beforehand, had a full guidebook she emailed in advance and had it printed when we got there. The guide even had places to eat different beach spots to go to. We followed the advice snd went to the drive on beach and it was awesome. The deck is great to hang out on, get some sun, grill and use the firepit. I sat out and colored in the sunshine. They even had a pack and play on hand. We had such a great time and loved the house. My mother in law even wants me to change out all my cabinets and get ones like Paige's. Things to consider: The downstairs room with 2 beds and 2 bunk beds has no door so everything happening in the downstairs living area and the entire upstairs living and dining rooms and kitchen can be heard. This wasn't a big deal but with little kids going to sleep in the bunk beds earlier than the adults, it made it hard to have conversations upstairs or watch the only tv that was upstairs. And the bunkbeds are really close to the ceiling so the kids (4 and 7 years old) kept hitting their heads. The bathroom downstairs has no shower or tub. The master had a shower. And then the main bathroom upstairs had a tub. So the guests in the non master and downstairs room (8 people potentially) all had 1 tub in the main bathroom upstairs to use, without using the master bath. Also not a deal breaker for us but made getting ready take longer. There is a beach spot about half a mile from the house but the better beach options are farther away. Again, was not a big deal, and obviously not the owners' fault, but be prepared to drive for a beach hang out.Thanks for a grwat experience and home.
