Great property with great views!

Check in couldn’t have been simpler with Jamie greeting us as we disembarked the ferry. Fun little drive up the mountain and we pulled into our secluded villa that exceeded expectations. LOVED the outside living area where spent most of our time when we weren’t exploring the island. Would definitely recommend and hope to do again sometime!

We LOVED our stay at SeaSwan. It’s our third trip to St. John, and this was definitely our favorite villa. Beautiful view of Cruz Bay in the mornings with your coffee and a great sunset view each evening with a cocktail. We loved being beside the open treed area and watching the birds playing. The garden was beautiful, and we spent a great deal of time on the patio, whether in the chaise, at the dining table or under the gazebo. Excellent accommodations and Alyce was so great to work with. Winnie met us at the ferry and gave us a great introduction to the home. We especially appreciated Alyce’s advance communications to ensure dinner reservations, boat reservations, and rental cars were all planned given the high volume of people on island. The welcome basket was very thoughtful and much appreciated, and Alyce’s friend did an excellent job with provisions stocked in our fridge. Great location between Cruz and Coral Bay!

We were greeted by Wini who lead us to the property & did a great job of giving us a tour of the property. We had a fabulous view of St John & St Thomas & great sunsets. The house was well stocked & the beds & all of the furniture were very comfortable. Several people slept under the gazebo on the outside deck due to the breeze & the view. Alyce was very responsive to any question we had. We would highly recommend this property to anyone who wishes to visit St John.

SeaSwan is nothing short of spectacular. From the first moment the gate opened to reveal the breathtaking (truly) view, I was smitten. This house is clearly a product of love, intention and exceptional taste - a thing of beauty. Every need and desire we had was met and surpassed. There are few things in the world that can lure me away from the beaches of St. John, but SeaSwan is certainly one. We looked forward to returning each day to relax and enjoy the sunset and remarkable view. Perfect!

First and foremost the house has an excellent view and is 5 minutes from the Windmill bar which is an even better view. The house is very comfortable for 4 people and has a fully stocked kitchen including 2 refrigerators and all appliances. My only wish is that the kitchen had AC or at least a screened door, overall the house temperature was pleasant though. The outdoor living space is very nice and made some good evenings.

First, Alyce and Ausra are the best vacation rental hosts I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Our time in St. John was for a final girls trip with my sisters and our mother, who is terminally ill. Both Alyce and Ausra are nurses, and made sure we had the information for the clinic on the island in the event our mother needed medical assistance. Amazingly, the villa was available last-minute during the busiest weeks of the year, and it could not have been more suited for my mothers accessibility needs, which is very rare for any villa on the island! To top off the wonderful accessibility, the villa is absolutely GORGEOUS and roomy, complete with every little detail and touch you could want. The views from the expansive outdoor space from sunrise to sunset are stunning, and the neighborhood is very, very quiet and tranquil. Everything you could need for the beach is provided, including coolers, chairs, towels, pool noodles, and an umbrella. We are so grateful for such wonderful hosts, and for precious time well-spent with our mother. Thank you for being a part of such a magical week.
