We stayed at the Pink House in June 2023 and had a great time. The house was clean and had everything we could want and need for our stay. We had 8 adults in the group and as the listing indicates, the bedrooms are on the smaller side but we had plenty of space in the multiple living areas so we didn't feel like we were on top of one another. You couldn't ask for a better location to the beach and the owners provided beach chairs, an umbrella, and a cart to lug it all back and forth. Overall we had a wonderful time and wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Pink House to others and would definitely stay there again.

The Pink House is about as perfect a rental as one could hope for. Steps away from a spectacular stretch of pristine beach, the house is immaculate, and has been equipped with countless thoughtful details to make it feel like home- from extra cell phone chargers, to well-equipped kitchen- even umbrellas, beach chairs, and a cart to carry things to the beach. There are places to work at a computer with additional power strips- I was blow away by the little details. We would love to return. The ONLY thing that would be nice would be an additional bathroom/shower that did not require walking through a bedroom to access.

The property is very clean, well furnished and arranged, well equiped from kitchen gear to beach equipment. We noticed three minor problems, though: 1) In the second floor master bedroom, the TV has no power; 2) In the first floor bedroom, the bed sheets were too small for the bed. 3) A bolt needs do be replaced in the storm door sping.

Lovely beach home with well-decorated and comfortable interior. The wide, sandy beach is indeed just a few steps away. Property Manager Cat is responsive and gives clear, accurate information. I am happy to give the Pink House a five-star rating and would stay here again.

Very well appointed house with great use of space. The communication of what to expect was very thorough and when we had a tiny issue with a faucet there was help at the ready which was appreciated. We had one teen and two older adults in our party and every one loved the house and all of the lovely places to sit. The furnishings are top notch and the sweetest space is the sunroom. Loved our stay.

My family enjoyed the home as much as we enjoyed the private beach - amazing. Our stay was comfortable, relaxing and joyful. The house was charming from outside in - tastefully decorated, comfortable beds and furniture and we really loved the second floor coziness and game room. Cat was great to communicate with. By far our best VRBO rental experience, and we’ve used the site exclusively for about five years for family vacations! The house is sprawling, warm and accommodating of small and large groups. It was perfect for our family getaway with small kids (and furry family member). The best part for us was the well stocked kitchen-we use vrbo because one of our kids has severe food allergies. A home with a full and stocked kitchen allows us to cook meals that she can eat-this is the first time we truly felt like we had everything we needed:) thanks for sharing this beautiful home with us!

We had planned a family beach vacation in October and just had the bad luck to pick the 4 days that corresponded to the Nor’easter resulting from Hurricane Ian. Although we only spent 5 minutes on the beach, we made the best of our time together and enjoyed our time together. The Pink House made the stay so nice! Very well stocked and an amazing location.

The Pink House is a great destination! The house is beautifully appointed and fully equipped. The minute you walk in the house, you relax and begin a great vacation. I look forward to my next visit!!!

Loved everything about our stay here. The house looks even better in person than the photos and was quite comfortable for 3 adults and our pup. The house also has a million little extras that you wish more VRBO owners would think of to provide for their guests like lots of kitchen equipment, beach cart and chairs, plenty of towels, even phone chargers! The property manager Cat was always very responsive to any questions we had. Did I mention the location is steps from the private beach? Hope to stay here again every summer!

Location: 10/10 quick walk to “private-ish” beach just south of Indian River Inlet/park. House is so very well appointed and set up for comfort with style! Love the Samsung appliances with Smart features. Outdoor spaces are perfect for morning coffee, afternoon naps and evening meals! The communication with Cat was stellar. Really one of the best experiences we had in a LONG long time! Hoping to visit again soon!

The Pink House was perfect for our beach getaway. Besides being steps from the beach, it was fully equipped and and well stocked with just about everything we needed. We found the description of the house to be very accurate. No detail was overlooked. The information packet we received also provided us detailed information about the house as well as the surrounding area. Terrific property

This was our first year staying at the Pink House and it didn't disappoint. Cat has included everything you could need (linens, towels, beach towels, chairs, games) and is very responsive if you have questions. The layout of the house was perfect for our family. The family room is large enough for everyone to be together, yet there are lots of spaces to spread out when you need your own space. The kids loved the game room and hanging out together on the top floor. We really enjoyed our trip and can't wait to return next year!

My family really enjoyed the week we spent at the Pink House. This is one of the best stocked beach houses we have ever stayed at, and they try to provide everything you will possibly need to make your stay enjoyable. The beach is very clean, and everyone on the beach was friendly. Would definitely recommend this home.

The Pink House is a perfect beach retreat—clean, well equipped, and gorgeously decorated. Our hosts thought of everything and we wanted for nothing. We cannot wait to return to the Oink House next year for our beach week!

House is fantastic and love the fact that is an individual home. For a family there is plenty of room. Well equipped with necessary items and the area is in proximity to restaurants and plenty of stores. We had some issues with internet reception but came to find out other properties in the complex had the same issue. I will give a great review to this property and will consider to rent again.

The place has it all - cozy nooks for reading and/or working (if you must), a beautiful and spacious shared living space for relaxing with friends and family, a front porch with fans and cafe lights for meals outside, and only a half block to the beach! The house had plenty of bedrooms for multiple families plus kiddos. All of the amenities were provided - everything we wanted or needed was right at our fingertips (e.g., beach towels, linens, cookware, spices, condiments, avocado oil, dish detergent, cleaning supplies, speakers, bug spray, boogie boards, beach chairs, beach wagon, etc, etc). Someone clearly put tremendous thought and effort into anticipating our every need and desire. We also loved the tasteful decor and furniture plus all of the creature comforts (e.g., baskets filled with cozy blankets for movie nights, and games/puzzles for a rainy afternoon). We stayed for two weeks in July and hope to do so again next year!

The house was amazing- they literally thought of everything you could possibly need. I was even nicer than it looks in pictures. And it was right on a private beach so it wasn’t too crowded. Overall it was excellent!

After a challenging year, I cannot say enough about the Pink House! This was our 2nd stay in this wonderfully appointed beach house, and, again, I did not want to leave; it's like your own little slice of paradise, with everything one could possibly need in the house! We even enjoyed rainy days, relaxing on the veranda or playing board games, pool, and air hockey. As an added bonus, local deliveries are conveniently accessible, great restaurants and eateries are within a couple of miles, and the beautiful ocean, with a private walkway are steps away from the entrance to the Pink House! Already looking forward to our next visit!
