We were very comfortable in the house. We loved having a house with 3 master bedrooms. The kitchen had all the necessities and the house was furnished beautifully. As we sat on the porch we were surrounded by mountains and trees. We had family over for dinner a few nights there was plenty of room for all of us. All in all it was a wonderful vacation.

We had an awesome time and the host and property manager were super nice. The power went out the first night we were there for about 8 hours due to a power outage, but they were quick to respond and checked on us the next day. It was cooler that day so it was not bad and they had lanterns and Uno cards. We had some good family time sitting at the table playing cards. The cabin was clean and everyone enjoyed it. We hope to stay again next year for the same trip. We had an awesome time.

we had a wonderful stay. There is no air in the main part of the house, so my daughter was hot when we were cooking, especially when the oven was on. We had the fans going and all the windows open.
This was our second stay here and our teenagers loved it. It is close to everything they wanted to do.
I had forgotten that we had to go out and get cooking utensils last year, and we did the same. There is a Dollar General close by, so we got big cooking spoons and a spatula there. No big bowls for salad. Lots of pots and skillets though. I will bring more of this type of things next year.
There is a whole little closet with a Keurig and my husband love that.
Loved the big porch!
Can't wait to stay there again.

This place is really nice and well stocked. Any issues we encountered didn't affect our stay and overall we loved this property.

The house is perfect and well equipped for a family. The split level plan is great for families to have their own personal space.
The only thing to consider is the drive way is steep may be difficult to enter and or exit the first few times. We went in spring but it may be more challenging in winter months.
But don’t let that deter you the property is beautiful and close to activities.

The house was beautiful and just like the pics. It was very clean and located near several attractions. We took the granddaughters to see Biltmore and shopped in Waynesville . My son and husband played golf at Lake Junaluska. The house we stayed overlooks Maggie Valley course but it was filled for Friday after Thanksgiving. We all had a great time. Already booked for next year.

Stayed here for a long weekend with family to ride the Polar Express in Bryson City. House was clean and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. We will definitely stay here again!! Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space but spacious living rooms for hanging out!!

Imagine 3 brothers and their wives (ages 68-75) getting together for 4 days of laughter, playing cards and eating out!!! The gas fireplace .. what a treat, the surround porch.. awesome. The stocked kitchen… pots pans, black stone grill.. breakfast was cooked daily on it! Downstairs! Again, lots of room for everyone. Comfortable furniture and beds! We loved sitting around the fire pit at night sitting in the Adirondack chairs. Be sure to bring some wood! The entire place was clean as a whistle and we have already scheduled our visit for next year! Thank you Cheri!

Had a great stay and will do it again. Played golf twice, went fishing, hiking and saw the best and most vibrant colors I’ve ever seen.

Hands down this was the nicest rental we’ve ever stayed in! Easy access, well equipped and quick response from Cheri when we had questions made it stress free. Definitely look forward to another visit!

We stayed for five nights with our children (12-24yrs) and my parents. The living room/kitchen and downstairs family room were spacious. Bedrooms and bathrooms were all nice, as well. The jacuzzi tub was very relaxing! We had eight adults and two teens. We had two that slept on the couches which wasn't ideal, but we knew having three married couples and two single adults and two teens that it would work that way. The home was clean and the wraparound deck was a nice feature. We used the Blackstone and kitchen for several meals. It was well stocked with cookware. Property manager was very helpful and easy to communicate with. The home is located in a nice neighborhood, not far off the main road into Maggie Valley.

Directions were spot on. We have stayed in other vacation rentals that misrepresented the bedrooms and one had a bathroom accessed outside!

We were so pleased with all the request we made. They go above and beyond for their guest staying there. We fell as if we were home and welcomed by the house manager as if they were there in person.

The cabin is beautiful and spacious. You don’t feel as if you were over crowded. Everything was so cleaned and immaculate. I didn’t find the need to use my own sheets which I brought in case.. the view there is extraordinary. There is nothing negative to say but how wonderful our experience was.

Owner was fabulous to work with. Cabin was clean and spacious, as stated. Easy to find with supplied directions. Nice view overlooking the valley and surrounding mountains. It was a nice surprise to see a light snowfall the morning we left. Hope to stay there again in the future.

Super home for the family! Very clean, lots of space, plenty of tvs and great location. The whole family enjoyed this wonderful home, in a quiet neighborhood. Very peaceful watching the chipmunks and squirrels from the deck. Great communication and directions from the owner! We would recommend this home! We definitely would love to come back!

The beary retreat was just as the pictures showed. We had a party of 3 adult couples that stayed for 3 nights. the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. would definitely stay there again.

We had a great long weekend in the Beary Round Retreat! Cabin is very close to so much- Maggie Valley, Asheville, Blue Ridge Parkway, Bryson City, and the Great Smokey Mountain National Park. The cabin is very clean and has a well appointed kitchen with everything needed. Cheri was very informative and responsive and made everything including check in easy. We would definitely stay again!

Absolutely love the Round House. The design of the house itself is intriguing and it's furnished with lovely furnishings. The kitchen is one of the best stocked I have seen! Love being on the deck. It was like being in the treetops with the birds and squirrels. A nature lovers delight.

This property was super nice. Really enjoyed the chance to be together with family. We were able to play some card games while the kids all enjoyed game time of their own downstairs. The kitchen was well stocked and the blackstone griddle was used for several meals and my son was quite impressed with all the accessories. Most exciting was the siting of a bear cub right up by the front entrance! First “real” bear siting that was not captured in my 30 years of vacationing in the area. Will plan on a return visit.
