The house was everything that we were looking for. Plenty of common area space to hang out as a group, and rooms were spacious. The hot tub area is great. Kitchen was large which was necessary as we were cooking for a large group each night. The shuttle to either mountain couldn't be closer. We are already making our plans to come back.

We stayed with a group of 5 for 4 nights and the house was very nice and had all the amenities. The convenience to the bus to Park City Mountain and Main St. was fantastic. The house was very nice and provided everything we needed. The host was very responsive whenever we had questions. We would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay . Great spot in lower deer valley ! Property was very spacious and accommodated our group well . Clean and well stocked and management company was very helpful . We will definitely return !

The location was great. However, the communication with Mountain West was slow. We were only there for 4 days and contacted management about a couple of items which were never resolved. Be aware that the downstairs bedroom is freezing cold. The window is drafty. A space heater is provided but we did not feel safe running that all night. The closets (especially in that bedroom) were full of so much stuff that I could not hang up my clothing. I reported this and received the response that this was just extra blankets. Not the case, there was a man's sweater and some sort of diving gear in there. The description of the bedroom configuration shows that there is a sofa bed in the master bedroom. There is only 1 sofa bed in the living room. Finally, we had a roof leak into the living room that dripped on an ipad. This was immediately reported to management. No response to address that issue. We gave up and left the next day.

We walked into a very disappointing week long stay here. The layout of the home was not ideal, it was very small for our group of 7 adults and 1 kid. When we walked in there were large industrial fans runnning in each of the bedrooms with water dripping from the windowsill down the walls onto pools in the carpet. The rooms smelled musty. The windows proceeded to drip towel fulls of water daily that we had to manage. Property manager told us we had to deal with it because there was so much snow this year, implying that it was our fault we should have known. This houses floors were buckling in the hallway because of all the water damage. It’s not a safe environment, there is thousands of dollars of repair to have anyone else say safely. I would not stay here ever unless certain that all the walls were ripped out and repaired, new carpets and floors are installed and all new doors. None of the doors closed properly and closets and dressers were broken as well. Dirty pillow cases on the “extra” pillows in the closets was the icing on the cake for me. Extremely dissatisfied. Do not stay.

Great location in front of shuttle for easy access to Deer Valley! We had two families fit comfortably in this tri-level condo. The garage only fit one of our SUVs. Top level toilet wasn't working for 2 days (Sunday + a Monday holiday) which was inconvenient. Besides that, everything else was exactly as described and comfortable. We contacted the management company after we left about items we may have left behind and they were very responsive. Overall, would recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was stocked more than any other VRBO I have ever stayed at. There were extra rolls of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, etc. The layout was perfect for two families with multiple kids. It was very convenient and was on the bus route to deer Valley and downtown for restaurants/shopping. The bedding was super comfortable and the washer and dryer worked excellently which is very important when skiing with kids!

A really great place to stay for a group of colleagues during the film festival. No complaints. -- Note the bathrooms on bottom and top floors are en suite, and the main floor bathroom also has a door connected to the bedroom. Ended up being fine for us, but something to consider as planning room assignments.
