The positives were: new and spacious home, great location, heated pool and hot tub, golf cart included. Negatives: new home so still working out the rental kinks, previous renters had broken the pool and hot tub remote which wasn't disclosed to us. We had to have the maintenance guy come out and ended up having to operate the pool manually from the control panel. TV's are all smart TV's and there was no direct TV or cable available so thankfully we had streaming services when we could get the TV's to cast which was an issue with the WiFi set up in the house. Whole home audio system was great but there was no instructions on how to use it. Thankfully the maintenance guy spent 20 minutes with us to get it set up for use but even he was having issue getting it to connect properly. The house is a great house in a great location. Still a lot of kinks to get worked out as we were told we were only the 3rd renters. Hopefully this feedback will help shore some things up that are simple to fix through instructions and effective communication

Property was awesome. Lots of room . The house was very clean. The agent that worked with us was there to meet us when we got to the property very professional we will definitely stay there again
