Unit was very clean and decorated so nicely. Enough room for 8 of us. Good use of space. Deer were right outside the door a few different times which our kids loved. Host responded quickly whenever we reached out to her with questions. Great experience!

This property was super clean, well stocked and walking distance to Beech Mountain, where we were seeing a concert! Would absolutely recommend and hope to stay here again! Great communication!

We had such a great time here ! Walking distance to lift one, beautiful fireplace and a master on the third floor . Communication with the owner was within seconds . Will definitely rent again !

Our family had an amazing stay. Cottage was very comfortable and clean. It is perfectly located close to skiing and town. We loved seeing the local deer every morning while drinking coffee. The owner was friendly and responsive. Highly recommend. Plan to come back next year.

Host was easy to reach and thoughtful. The rental was clean and had most of not all appliances needed for cooking. Had a good great experience!

This was the perfect place for my family and friends. We really enjoyed the place and location. It was a short 10 min walk to Beech Mtn Ski Resort. Only 1 mile away from Fred's in case you needed any last-minute items, restaurants and municipal sledding hill. They thought of some of the necessities like a snow shovel and ice scrapper for the vehicles considering we had 6-8 inches of snow during our stay. Thanks.

Nicely updated. Check in/out was easy. Fireplace was welcoming. Only downside was no curtain/blind in master bedroom. And traffic noise from the road below. Great views from all the decks. Especially of Beech Mt Ski area! Would stay again

Great location, very close to Beech Mountain, equipment rentals and the very few restaurants (more about that later) Condo is as reflected in pics, and as others have noted, there is no bathroom on main floor, three stories. easy access from parking lot. Great gas fireplace, ROKU in all rooms, board games. Great wildlife right outside front door, literally deer came by every day. Very popular walking trail less than 1/2 mile from parking lot. Kitchen has cooking equipment, salt and pepper and coffee filters. Stocked , plenty of towels, travel size shampoo, conditioner and bar soap provided., washing machine and dryer. Beech Mountain is a very small, there are two very popular restaurants, a mexican and a pizza place called Brick Oven. Both were serving limited menus, both ran out of food each night we were there, and we were turned away twice at 7:00 pm because so busy and again, no food. We were there 1st-4th of January. The Holiday season seemed to have wiped everyone out of food and customer service including the two little restaurants by the ski slopes. Nearest grocery store is in Elk Banner, 13 miles from condo. Most of the restaurants there were closed, at least during lunch when we went into "town" to get groceries. Was very warm when we were there, in the 60's so hiking was awesome and trails galore short drive away, man made snow, but at least they made it! Host was amazing and responded quickly to any and all questions we had during our stay!

Our stay was perfect! Condo is very close to the Beech Man Resort and since parking was maxed out on the days we had tix (between Christmas and New Year's) we were able to easily walk. Condo was well-equipped and super clean. The lay-out worked perfectly for our group and when we're back in the area, we'll definitely be booking again!

The house was a great place for our first time in NC to go skiing. Right near Beech Mountain ski area. Boys had a great time!!

We just returned from a wonderful stay at Beech Mountain. The location is a very short drive to the ski area. The condo was perfect for our family of 5 (could have fit more with the bunk room). Kelsie was so accommodating with our late flight and responded immediately with any questions and suggestions for us. The beds were all so comfortable and the decorations adorable. Highly recommend!

The owners have done a great job renovating this condo. The decor is top notch, comfortable, and cozy. I love the porch swing made out of skis off the bedroom! Nice hot showers. I love that each room has their own thermostat so everyone can be comfortable. The fireplace is divine! A very easy, comfortable place to stay. We thought we'd be closer to Boone, but that's our mistake for miscalculating how long it takes to drive short distances in the mountains.

Kelsie was the best VRBO host we've ever had! She was so responsive and accommodating to timing needs with coming for a wedding on the mountain. The property was so cute and had everything we needed. Directions were tough on the GPS but she outlined them perfectly in the welcome information. Definitely recommend!

The property is fine. Cleanliness is great. Fees are WAY too high. I don’t pay this much to clean my home in Charlotte. VRBO and their clients have gotten out of control on fees.

We are so thankful to have stayed at this property overnight for our celebration trip for one of my friends birthdays! We had an early arrival time for a rafting trip with High Mountain Expeditions (highly recommended!) on the nolichucky river and didn't want to get up that early to make the drive. We loved the condo, we're well accommodated, slept really well (the beds were fantastic), and had everything we needed. I wish we could have stayed longer to truly enjoy the house, and take in the views/area more, and enjoy the cooler temperatures! We saw a skunk in the parking lot right before bed lol, and a deer was right by our vehicle in the morning. Kelsie was quick to reply with any questions we had prior to and during our stay and really appreciated her truly caring how things were. We hope to come again one day! Thanks again Kelsie!! You won't be disappointed with this rental. One thing to note, if you have issues with stairs this condo has a lot of them, it's three stories, but we loved the privacy- it's just something to note.

Loved all the personal touches and the custom woodwork the owners did. We grilled outside by the picnic table and the kids loved having a little forest to play in outside. Meanwhile the views were lovely and the home fit our family comfortably. Close drive to Fred’s and other places of interest.
